Just a quick overnight stay. I arrived late and left early but everything was OK. Good location for shops, restaurants & bars though and will stay here again when necessary.

Room was comfortable and a good location.
Room was dusty, particularly the alarm clock and tables. House keeping were impossible to get in touch with, the phone line just went unanswered. Queues at front desk and no direct line to them either.

Location is close to mall and convenient
Their room service did not clean well and did not add shower gel and shampoo during the stay. Not cleaning the room properly.

Sofa Fabric smells a bit weird. I think they should either clean the sofa properly or change it completely

It was very nice room with reasonable price. Much bigger than my expectation include Bed, Kitchen etc. It was very convenient to use laundry machine with very cheap cost.
Location of hotel is super nice, and there are so many nice restaurant around the hotel. It was good memory for me.

It wasn't easy to understand how to use Coffee Machine in the breakfast.

Rooms is spacious and clean and the location is near to many restaurants that gives travellers more dining options which is good.
Experience a little of a hiccup during check up as front line desk was unable to find my check in information and deposit slip using credit card was also missing.
Movies selection is rather limited too.

Very horrible breakfast, I never seen this type of breakfast before. Better not to provide breakfast. Atleast the management think about the value of breakfast.
There is no sufficient staff, no one answer the call and long waiting time in the reception due to only one person handling check in and check out.

I was disappointed with their manner of handling our request for a discount
We occupied six rooms for six days without any discount
They kept deceiving us that they are looking into it but at last nothing was done

Easy access to the mall (walking distance) and Majapahit restaurant. Location 10/10..
The only thing that i dont like about this place is that the carpet smells like feet. From living room to the bedroom 1 ( no balcony).

The paid parking. Confusing parking fee collecting when exit.
2 young (male) trainees at the front desk when I checked in and bought bfast tickets were absolutely not ready for the job. They should be delegated to back of house duties. Nonetheless 2 female indian ladies at front desk saved the day.
