We had only one key for the room.

Welcoming was top of the world. The hosts very friendly and helpful. Room beautifully laid out. Will defiantly book there again

Miguel made our state very welcoming. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does.

there is no AC, but even with the temperature in the 80s° F, we found ourselves comfortable, especially after the sun went down.

The location is nice and central but it was so noisy that we didn't slept for 2 nights, there is no window just wooden planks to separate the room to the street. A bad smell came from the bathroom. We had a nice welcome with cookies and moscatel but honestly I would have prefer to have proper soap (not the hand soap puts as shower gel) and shampoo in the bathroom.

Apartamento histórico, bem decorado e original. Espaçoso, com um incrível terraço e com todas as comodidades para uma estadia incrível. Tudo super limpo e bem cuidado. O Miguel, que foi quem nos recebeu, é uma pessoa muito gentil, super querido, simpático e sabe muito bem acolher hóspedes. Somos recebidos com um brinde típico de Setúbal, temos café como cortesia da casa e um biscoito para adoçar o paladar :) E a localização... Mais central é difícil.

Achei a minha almofada um pouco dura e alta demais para o meu gosto. Talvez haja quem goste :)

De kamer was schoon, comfortabel en mooi ingericht. Met een kleine badkamer in de kamer. Er was een koffie cup machine. De kamer is in een historisch pand, mooi gelegen in het centrum van Setúbal. Miguel is een aardige gastheer die je op een fijne manier verwelkomt en veel informatie kan geven. Er is vlakbij een parkeerterrein waar je voor 3 euro per 24 uur de auto kwijt kan.

Le style de l’appartement est très bien aménagé et avec goût.

L’équipement électrique est composé de multiprises et non pas de prises murales . L’insonorisation , manque de climatisation dans un pays aux fortes chaleurs. Ainsi que les WC où il faut mettre le papier dans une poubelle.

We loved your accomodations. Huge bed in a quiet spacious roomwith fresh air streaming through large french door with windows. That and the fan allowed us to sleep well all night. We especially enjoyed the shower and the overall cleanliness. And the complimentary Muscatel was the perfect exquisite touch. You have a special property and maintain it with a special flare. Perfect location in the city center, cleanness, friendly staff.

Common areas to be improved. Not so comfortable, closed and dark spaces do not meet the promised "feel-at-home".

From the moment Miguel welcomed us we knew we were in the right place. Very easy to communicate with them and flexible to arrange check in time. The guest house is in a historical building beautifully renovated to detail. The welcome little gift with Moscatel and delicious Pastries from the area in the room made our arrival. Nespresso in the room with courtesy capsules.

A kettle and some courtesy tea would be my recommendation if not in all rooms at least in the shared area.

Smooth check in process with Miguel who was incredibly friendly and hospitable, and explained all about the history of the building which I thought was a really nice touch. Comfy room and great location too. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to others!

Great location. Extremely helpful and personable hosts. Everything was clean. I shall be returning and would highly recommend to others.

I would recommend adding a microwave to the common area.

Temperature the room, plenty of hot, hot water, the treats, coffee, quite, very clean, fresh flowers, style of the decoration, the original black marble in the bathroom, space for clothes, security.

Bathroom was a bit cold until one got into the shower. No problem getting out.
