Great breakfast. Lovely view, Excellent room. Staff at the reception were fantastic.

Time of getting the room was at 4 pm. I would have preferred much earlier than that.

there are lots of reasons why I didn’t links this hotel or this stay: - it was not cleaned, there was lots of dust under the bad, the fridge had bottles from previous guests; - we were 4 and the left 2 pool towels, when I asked the reception they said that it is standard to leave only 2 towels per room even if the number of guests are superior! they told me to try to find some staff around to pool and ask them for the towels - unsuccessfully nobody knew how could I get 2 more towels - at dinner (drinks included) I asked if I could bring some water for the kids and even with a couple of bottles already opened and we were almost the last leaving the dinning room, they said a round No and indicated that I should buy it - the food was very limited and not refilled during dinner, the main bar run out of food and some drinks the couple of times I went there during the day - breakfast was supposed to be pre-booked so there was no mess and we were told we should be there at the right time! we were but it was a chaos! again not enough food for all guests, baby chairs not available…

it’s tired, maintenance of grounds and the hotel itself leaves a lot to be disired . Burned out Light bulbs in the hallways need replacement, hand disinfectant dispenses empty for days, furniture and footings in the rooms and need to be replaced as they old and damaged. Bar in the lobby needs to have proper bartender and actual beverages to dispense to the clients. Also this is the first hotel we have stayed at that has no coffee ou tea available in the room.

Late check-in ... manager not available always busy ... Hotel full is good for the business but bad for the Customers !! To many children ...

The staff was nice, facilities are nice.

Pool was not cleaned, there was a party and we couldnt sleep with the noise and it was late ...next day the pool area was all dirty with stuff left from the party. The bed were separated and inserted into the furniture so there was no way we could put them together.

The breakfast was great. The location was great. The staff was excellent. Great pool. We really enjoyed our time there, especially being the first time traveling with a 2 years old child.

We got a room with two beds instead a double bed - and the thing was that we couldn’t move the beds. On Saturday evening hotel restaurant was closed for some group event and they told us to go to the Italian restaurant instead. The Italian restaurant was full and even with the reservation it was a long line to get food. Beside it for the take away from the Italian restaurant only pizzas were available… well, we were there with a 2 years old infant and by 9pm we left the restaurant line and went back to the room. Too late for him to be waiting.

Great location, clean, good breakfast and with good amenities

Unfortunately the Hotel had an issue with 1 of the 2 elevators so we were down to 1 working elevator most of the stay that was not enough at peak times.

Location is fantastic being pretty close to the beaches and the marina. Pool area outside is nice but not always easy to get beds (staff will help you with this). Breakfast is very good with a large selection. Italian restaurant also very good. Staff all really friendly and helpful.

Exterior pool is pretty chilly and even the kids pool is cold. The indoor pools are heated so great for little kids but the pool decks look like they need a good clean. All pools need refurbishing and so did our room. But none of this affected our stay…

Not much to do in Trioa

Nice rooms. Clean, and with all the standard quality.

I went with my daughter. There was no information whatsoever regarding the activities for childrens. No displays, no informations given from staff. Nothing! I was aware of the activities as they were happening. There was some sort of arrangements with the staff to get the sun lounger. Along my stay of 5 days, there were always reserved and kept reserved by the staff. When you eventually see someone leaving, there were straightahead blocked by the staff to some of the guests. It was impossible to get a sun lounger for 5 days!! The hotel restaurant buffet was very poor and quite expensive. A big robber. The children buffet was the worst!! Only one option course (1 main course and 1 dessert (most of time, gelly)). Big disgrace! Never again!

The size of the room, the pool area , the access to the beach and the breakfast were great

The layout of the bedroom, too many walls , very little views of the beach/sea and dated furniture. I have to say this is my second time at the hotel and the room we got the first time was WAY BETTER.

The location, comfort and price.

The Wi-FI was terrible in the apartment not acceptable in 2021 The cleaning services the first time was poor but the second time was fine. The prices for experiences are a bit expensive and the swimming pool lady was a bit rude when asking about the room number, not saying good morning and not asking how we were feeling... too cold.
