great location, sandy beach compared to properties close by or even marriot that lost almost all beach due to erosion. always available lounge chairs by the beach and pool

Inform and promote property recycling bins (paper, glass, plastic, aluminium) which are located near the tennis court.

We liked the fact that it wasn’t overcrowded and when staff members were available they were polite and helpful. We loved the proximity to Seven Mile Beach and the layout with every unit have their own screened in porch area. The pools and hot tub were both clean and well maintained. The on-site security were friendly and very helpful. The proximity to restaurants and shops was also super convenient.

We didn’t like the fact that it was difficult to locate an onsite property manager in their limited office hours for items such as a parking permit, extra amenities inside our unit, and any issues within the unit itself. Once we were able to contact our manager via text, the entire staff was very responsive and helpful! The interior of our unit was a bit dated, but mostly comfortable. The major improvements should focus first on the plumbing. Both showers were super low flow, but what made it much worse was the fact that the fixtures were leaking from the base so they were losing additional water pressure. The toilet in the master bathroom was chronically slow to flush and clogged the first 6 times we used it. It didn’t matter how this toilet was used, so eventually after plunging it for the 7th time, we avoided using it.

The views were amazing. The condo was fully stocked with plenty of towels, detergent, etc. the kitchen was also fully stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found live conchs in the water right outside the condos. The snorkeling was great. Great location to some great restaurants.

The beach at this location is slowly eroding. There is limited beach chairs but we were fine hanging by the pool. The beach here used to be much larger. Hopefully cayman will help restore this beach at this location.

Convenient location along the seven mile beach. The club was less than 50% occupied during our stay so no problem getting lounge chair by the pool or on the small beachfront shoreline. Keyless entry and clear communication from staff made checkin & checkout easy. Also appreciated the friendly on site security personnel.

The temperature of the hot tub did not differ from the regular pool temperature. While a low priority for our stay, the "gym" was very small with limited ventilation.

The location, the rooms, the staff - all superb. Even the 24hr security guards were lovely.

Literally the only thing I didn't like was the lack of elevators. Apart from that - great!

The condos and pool were good. The staff, especially Amy and Tito, were great.

The beach is very narrow and rocky. It’s difficult to walk 7 mile beach from this location.

Condo was clean and perfect for families and the in unit washer and dryer was great.

The only downfall was that there was only enough beach left to put a couple of chairs on. It is a shame most of the seven mile beach is gone.

We went for a 6 night stay at the Regal. We really loved our condo and Amy from the office was awesome! The condo was really clean and the AC worked the best! All the amenities of the resort were great! We played tennis used the pool and even enjoyed the small beach. There are tons of decent restaurants in walking distance so you don’t really need a car but I would rent one next time.

Located just next to the Marriott this is a nice little quiet condo with two pools and a small beach.

The location was quiet, with mostly families staying there. The beach was even bigger than the Marriott's next door. Everything was very clean and in great condition. There were tons of restaurants just across the street. The view was gorgeous, with the balcony looking out onto the ocean. You could see the sunsets without leaving the apartment. The wifi was great for video calls; I could work from there with no problems. Taxis came within five minutes of calling, every time (better than uber!). I would definitely stay there again.

Location was great…right on the beach/water. Close to everything we wanted to do. Property was clean and well maintained.

The property grounds are nicely kept and the location is close to restaurants in Georgetown. The 2 bedroom units are very spacious with all the comforts of home.

Best value for Condos on 7 Mile Beach that I have found

great location. some family was able to arrive early and also check out late. that was very helpful with flight arrivals and departures.
