Location was near airport. 15 minutes. Shopping and restaurants was within 5-15 minute walk. The pool was close and satisfactory. The apartment has a nice kitchen, coffee maker, microwave and a few utensils. We did not cook. Closet had 2 beach chairs, and a few other items. Shoer and tub. Pictures are accurate for #25. A few cosmetic repairs needed. Couch was old. Beautiful landscaping. No security on site. Communication with company was excellent. If you want a resort the price is much higher.

I would label this property as an apartment. Some long term residence here. The property is labeled as a Villa. The beach was small and walking into the water was terrible. Large rocks everywhere. Beach is eroding. You can sit in the sand. Cannot walk up Seven Mile Beach from this property. You must walk north on the sidewalk a few minutes to get a beach access path. Laundry is in a small room detached from the room. Old washer and dryers and you share with the LT tenants so weekends it is full. Cost $2.00 per load to wash and $2.00 to dry.

Had everything we needed - fitted kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living area. Had good A/C & Wifi. 50m walk to the beach. Nice pool. Good restaurants (Saltwater Grill, Peppers, Loco Cayman), Shops (Fosters Supermarket, Dive Shop, Subway, Starbucks, Wendys, Andys Car Hire) nearby & buses stop for Georgetown just outside (U$2.50). Beach good for snorkelling & fishing. Management were helpful.

There was a rare northwest blow just before we got there. The beach was littered with weed & coral for the two weeks of our stay until just before we left. The beach got very fragrant for the last few days.

It was a great value for what we needed. We came for the Cayman Island Basketball Tournament and this is one of the closest places on Seven mile Beach to George Town where the games were played. But as it is on Seven Mile Beach, dive and other tour companies pick you up.

The pool was underwhelming and the beach was very rocky and surrounded by properties that made it impossible to walk down the beach in either direction. Lucky that we had a car and could drive to better beaches.

We love how it is walking distance to the beach, popular restaurants and the market.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. Might be time for a new one.

The location was great , we was right off the beach and the shopping and grocery store was right around the corner.

Nothing really. Some non-stick skillets need replacement. Upgrade to better set of drink-ware needed. Agree with all concerns from previous reviews.

Cayman islands are wonderful. The place we stayed made us feel at home. The unit had all the extras. More than we expected.

I can't really think of anything. It was somewhat hot in July but worth the trip.

Phenomenal location and fully stocked kitchen made this stay perfect. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and flexible with our needs. The location was safe and walkable to many great amenities. Would stay again!

Pull out bed was uncomfortable but got the job done. Several beach chairs and umbrellas at the pool were broken or non-functional.
