The location was excellent and the architect-designed extension to the back of the property, with skylights and folding doors, is a beautiful light and airy space. The garden is private and lovely to sit out in.

Some kitchen items are tired (chipped crockery, well used place mats, mismatched wine glasses, broken blunt knives) - seems a shame when the rest of the place is so amazing!

The location

The parking near the house is a bit hit and miss but the hosts directed us to parking nearby which we didn't end up needing as we got a spave on the road

Lage super. 5 Minuten zum Strand oder zu den Geschäften in Whitstable. Restaurants und Cafes auch in der Nähe. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir besuchten Dover und Canterbury, Faversham und Margate.

Parken in Whitstable schwierig und teilweise teuer. Als es ein Fest in der Stadt gab, fuhren wir eine halbe Stunde rum, um auf einer Strasse in der Nähe zur Unterkunft zu parken. Man muss bereit sein, zu laufen!

Great central location close to train station. Huge house and lovely garden.. Fast WiFi and generally well equipped. Lovely pubs in the pedestrianised street 15 seconds walk from the front door.

A lovely, airy seaside cottage in a brilliant location, right by the harbour, beach & town centre. Well appointed, comfortable beds and a nice shower. The garden is fab too.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Not a reflection on the property itself but worth noting that it's unlikely you'll be able to park outside or even on the road.

every amenity thought of and extras provided that were a pleasant surprise

parking free but reliant on a space being available on a well used street. the owner met us with an offer to swop his parking space for us. which was kindly and considerate. we had booked a parking space on the JustPark app which suited us.

Lovely property, very clean, has everything you need, we wanted for nothing. Added bonus there’s a garden for sitting out. The Cottage is very well situated, about 4 minutes from the harbour and about three to the Main Street in Whitstable, great location.
