bed in larger room to low and hard to get out of, and 2nd bedroom the room was a bit cramped and hard to move around one side, the sofas were nice but very wide so was uncomfortable to sit on without piling up lots of cushions our elderly parents suffered, hate leaving negatives as loved the property and would go back with friends

Great location

Well appointed clean accommodation. The downstairs is open plan which makes the space great for entertaining. The location is perfect for the town & harbour.

The shower downstairs is excellent but the upstairs bathroom would be better if the owners added a shower screen & shower head bracket so it could be used as a 2nd standing shower cubicle. Also a parking permit for the carpark at the rear would of been helpful.

The property was in a good location and the bed was comfortable

Sadly the property was filthy to the point we questioned that it had even been cleaned. Extremely disappointing and concerning in current COVID times. The house was quaint, however we felt that it was extremely cluttered in every room which made it difficult to move around. Unnecessary excess furniture and items. There sofas were too deep and uncomfortable with no backrest and way too oversized for the space - the footstool blocked the entirety of the available space. Both bathroom sinks were ludicrously small, never have I been anywhere that I can wash my hands and feet at the same time.

Excellent location close to town centre and waterfront

Excellent location, a very short walk from both the centre of town and the beach. The house was really well set up, all the amenities and supplies you need for a short stay. The hosts left incredibly detailed instructions on arrival, our stay (including lots of helpful recommendations), and leaving the house. We'd absolutely stay there again!

Great location close to all the beach front and all the ‘interesting’ little shops and restaurants, and also only a short walk from the station so no need for a car. Cottage was very warm, cosy, comfortable and well-equipped. Fantastic walking from the front door along the coast to Margate or through the forest to Canterbury.

Superb little house, centrally located and with bags of charm. Felt like a home from home. No complaints at all.

We loved the lobster pot. A real home from home right in the centre of whitstable. The location could not have been better. Perfect for a girls weekend or a romantic trip away.
