Great location, good kitchen nice lounge had everything you needed

property was let down with very uncomfortable memory foam mattress in the master bedroom struggled to get a proper night sleep

very good location and nicely decorated and cosy

the shower fluctuated a bit from hot to cooler but it wasn’t a big deal

Right in the centre of Whitstable

It was all great

Central location, easy to park. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the heating was easy to control for a pleasant night. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. The location was great for travelling and we reached Herne Bay and Canterbury in 20 mins by car. A pleasant walk to the nearby Whitstable castle and gardens where there is a small cafe.

There was nothing to complain about.

Having to take the rubbish off site which was not easy to find, as no facilities for council to collect at property . Missed not having an outdoor space to sit in

Fantastic location. 10 min walk from station and 2 mins from the beach. Right in the centre of town down a side street

Just the mattress on the bed. There was nothing wrong with it, I just don't find memory foam mattresses particularly comfortable for my back. I'm sure its probably fine for others

This is a lovely property, in a wonderful location. Yards from the high street and a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Had all the required features and very clean. Owners are lovely and very helpful too

Location was excellent and only a few steps to beach, restaurants and shops. Everything you need for a short stay or longer. The property is small but has everything you need and parking opposite the property in car park. Will definitely try and return as location perfect.

Only issue we had were the terrible creaking floorboards in the single bedroom and landing.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Plenty of towels provided and the welcome pack was good.

Looks rather tired in a few places and stair carpet dirty. We found a worn sock under front of the sofa bed.

We were so close to the high street it was fabulous. It was warm and so comfortable with everything thought of.

Nothing hope to return very soon

Charming cottage homely and cosy! It had everything you would need. Tommy the owner was really friendly and accommodating. In an amazing location few minutes from the seafront and shops. Perfect with a young family. I love Whitstable so many nice little restaurants, boutique shops and beachfront restaurant/ bars and I am looking forward to staying at harbour mews again soon.

A cosy, well equipped cottage with amazing backup from the owners. Convenient parking and well equipped kitchen. A great place to stay.
