3rd time staying at this property its nice and quiet

The headboard was really dusty at the top and our aircon did not work well

Unfortunately I didn't take breakfast so I can't commend on it

The location was good and in close proximity to shops, malls and the university I was pleasantly surprised as it was just like the pictures and the room itself I thought was much more spacious than it looked from the pictures The room was very clean, beds were super comfortable and good quality linen. Very pleasant stay indeed especially for the price. Recommend

The only snag was the aircon in our room was making rather strange and loud sounds throughout the night.

Closeness to the main road and hospitality express by the host, parking under cover was a bonus. The facility had secured entrance that makes the tenants feel at home and safe

It’s was very clean & tidy. A very welcoming environment , my partner & I enjoyed to get away.

A business group didn't use the parking as indicated and were very loud. Not a Guesthouse matter.
