-There were no complementary tea or coffee in the apartment. Also there was a coffee mashine, but again, no coffee pods. It would be nice a gesture from the accommodation team to provide such things as it makes you feel more welcomed and it definitely doesn't cost a fortune. -Another think I'd like to mention - condition of both sofa bed and armchair in the living room. They were extremely dirty. Even though the sofa bed had a blanket to cover the stains, that wasn't helping. Once tried to extend the sofa bed to make myself more comfortable, but as soon as I saw mattress condition of it, I had to stop. Both sofa bed and armchair either needs a deep clean or replacement.

Perfect location in the heart of Prague. Arrived late and host was very helpful even in those hours.

The room was just perfect. Only perhaps to leave some coffee/tea for breakfast. However not an issue.

Location was excellent. Apartment is huge, great layout, big rooms, high ceiling, nice kitchen. Very clean

Curtains were broken, couldn’t quite close them. Quite a few lights did not work. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

The location was perfect - in the OldTown, close to all most famous attractions and public underground parking. The bed on antresola was comfortable.

Communication with staff was close to none. I asked for personal check in, because I did not want to scan my ID (in the automatic message I received there was such an option), but all I got in response was automatic reply to do it online. I asked to have parking place booked - there was no response at all. The room was dark on the ground floor, with almost no sunlight coming in. The floor also could be cleaner. The sopha bed was horrible.

I used a code sent to me, with no hassles I was able to get in. Professional staff at the reception located nearby helped me with the parking of my car which I was stressed about. Showed me how to pay for the spot and it was done. Excellent service.

Great location and lovely place to stay while in Prague. The metro isn't far from the accommodation, so coming in to the Prague centre from the airport is so easy. The accommodation is only a 2/3 minute walk to the centre where the Astronomical Clock is located. Access code to the building is provided 24 hours before arrival - too easy! Spacious apartment, kitchenette, hot plate to cook on, plates, cups, pots, pans, utensils, mini fridge, kettle, teas, shower gel, hand wash and lotion, separate wardrobe, iron, blow-dryer, umbrella - all provided. Exceptional convenience. Highly recommend.

Only minor issue, couldn't get the microwave to turn on, but that was fine as I ended up using the hot plate.

Very central location, yet no noise from the street. Very spacious apartment and great with the little terrasse. Spacious bathroom with tub also a great feature.

Communication could have been better. We paid a rather significant non-refundable fee up front, yet did not receive the access instructions nor confirmation that the passport info etc had been validated until the day before check in. Tried to reach the property via phone multiple times, but could not get through.

The check-in formalities were already shared over email and hence the check-in was hassle-free. The building had a lift which was an advantage as my mother has walking difficulties. Huge apartment with large living room with an old rustic yet modern look. Kitchen equipped with all the required items, such as coffee, tea, sugar. A coffee machine with small cute espresso cups was the highlight. A island-kitchen top which makes it easy to keep stuff or do things while talking to your family. The microwave was helpful in re-heating coffee, water, meals etc. Large bedrooms with large beds, wardrobes. Excellent location, close to Charles Bridge and other monumental places in the city. The apartment was provided with table fans as there is no ceiling fan or air-conditioning in the apartment, which is a little relief in hot summers.

Although there was elevator to reach the floor, guests have to climb around half-floor stairs to reach the apartment. This needs to be noted for people with walking disabilities and during check-in when the guests might have large bags with them to carry. Although the apartment did provide table fans, the weather was too hot for us (Even though my family is from India!!) and hence felt like air-conditioning would have been helpful. Provision of basic food stuffs like salt and pepper would have been helpful, but it is not a major requirement.

Old fridge. It's noisy. The extra bed is in the family room, where the fridge is. Good my daughter didn't mind the noisy fridge.

Room code was sent to my email. Super easy to check in. Size of apartment was excellent. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was complete. We also loved the location and we could walk to most of the places in our itinerary. The place was also clean and it was perfect for our group of 5.

Early checkout time. I wish it was standard check out at 12 instead of at 10am.Also the half floor stairs which was difficult with all the luggages

perfectly located, all the facilities u need for a short stay on Prague. Close to the Green M line, so getting to and from the Train station or Airport by public transport is a breeze

the bed was in a loft crawl space, up a ladder we couldn’t climb at our age (60+). the mattress was on the floor, which is probably fine for young, agile people, but we had to use the sofa bed instead.
