Very friendly greeting from David. Fantastic location. Good facilities and atmosphere. Helped us acclimatise to a new city.

The tv was quite small. We would have appreciated a cafetiere.

Everything was just excellent! We travelled with a puppy and David already made sure since we booked our stay that everything will be prepared for the pup including water/food bowls and a dog bed :) Everything was easy to communicate, both via in-app booking messaging and calling. When we arrived, David greeted us friendly and nicely. One thing that I have to mention is that travelling with a puppy (who is still very energetic and a chewer) can be frustrating, we told David that our pup can chew the bed and it might be ruined. But not just David still made us a dog bed but also took the stress away from us by saying the most kind thing: “if dog is being dog then it’s ok”. David and this place just understand the pawrents at heart :) The place was lovely and beautifully decorated. It felt like staying at a friend’s home rather than a hotel. Space was more than enough with separate bathroom and kitchen. Valued all the money and it was actually not expensive at all compared to everything we got. Location was also great, just next to the river and the old town area. We love how wonderful it was waking up and taking our dog to walk along the river. I can go on and on how cozy this place was to us.

- Pillows can be improved, it was too soft for us to put on heads on. - We travelled in the humid time of summer raining so we smelled some strains in the night but all solved when you just open the windows and lets the air flows

Everything was perfect. The location, the facilities, the extras, the comfort and the staff.

TV with international channels would have been nice for rainy days.

Honestly I thought this place was going to be too good to be true and was running through a list of backup plans but to my absolute delight this place was outstanding. The location is unbeatable and the room is large and well equipped. They were also great and let us drop off our luggage early before we could check in.
