Everything went well, host was most helpful to all of our queries, went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience.

We were arriving late and weren't going to make it before the reception was closed for check in, but after a phone call beforehand to let them know, they were able to check us in remotely and that went smoothly. The room was neat and as expected, great area, safe location, easy to drive in and out.

The room was good, the staff were good.

The pool was dirty, the coffee cups in the room were very dusty, the had a fur like dust on them like they weren't changed for a while. I didn't feel like the place gets cleaned properly. Looks like they skip over many processes of cleaning and having the room ready for the next person. That's a health risk. the billiards table was not level and equipment was in bad condition. I wouldn't feel comfortable booking again until I was sure such issues were fixed. The fluffy cups really got me. 🤢

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was great that it was across the road from the beach and so close to the shops. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The only down fall was the reception with phone data if you did not want to log into the motel wifi.

Great location on the beach - this is closer to Rye, not actually in Rosebud. The rooms were spotlessly clean, amenities provided in room were good and staff very helpful. On site carparking. Perfect for that beach weekend away.

No internet coverage at all and upon arrival the drawers had rubbish from previous guests.
