Close to railway station

Terrible appartment, wery noisy because of traffic, 2 old broken beds, old linen etc..

The bed sheets and towels were smelly with hair on them. We found 3 cockroaches during our stay there. Late or no response to messages from the property owner.

It was nice and clean but the beds in the bedrom was very uncomfortable to sleep on it to single beds stuck together :(

The rooms were clean and comfy. The location was perfect. Close to everything and easy to access the main road to go to the beach. A lot of shops, restaurants are nearby.

Location is excellent if you want to be close to train station, since it is 7 minutes away. There is also bus station near by, with bus 5 and 12 that can take you to city center. From Luceros station in city, you can take tram lines, 1-4. There are also near by few supermarkets. Host was responsive and check in was easy. Apartment has 2 air condition units and fully functional kitchen. It is located on E level, which is something like 1st floor, although there is also 1st from above. For food we used few times glovo, and had no problems with delivery. Overall great value for money option if you like to be located just outside city center and close to train station, with good connections to go where ever you want.

Although understandable why, tiles are not preferred option of floor for us, since it can be little colder, but air conditions mitigate this, so no real issue there. Apartment is on something like 1st floor, and therefore, it is little dark, since not much sun if any at all comes on it during the day. Can be little strange if you are used to sunny flats. It has two single beds connected, and it would be better if it was double, but those are just some information details. Sound isolation in flat is not good, at least not for what we are used to. You can hear everything from outside, traffic, much more than expected. On the good side, that mitigates this is that street is not main one, and not much traffic is there, and also we did not hear neighbours. so we had no issues with this in April.

Our host was very friendly and helpful person. Location of the property is good. There are a couple of grocery shops and public transport stops in a walking distance. The property was spacious and clean. There is all kitchenware you need. Good value for money. I recommend this accommodation and will stay here again if I will visit Alicante again.

Wi-Fi was slow and freezing almost all the time. Good only for watching videos at 480p on Youtube. The speed was up to 10Mb/s or less. TV had only Spanish channels

The apartment was very big and had everything we needed for our 7-day stay. Our host was very accommodating with some last minute check-in time changes.
