I loved Sergio, the host, and I loved that there was security on the grounds who were very friendly. Sergio went above and beyond to help us check in, and he was always available if I called or text. The location was very close to everything and it was super easy getting taxis. The space was perfect for 7 people and overall a beautiful villa.

There were alot of issues we had with the villa. If more than one person showered, the water gets cold. One of the days our water completely cut off. One of the bathroom sinks didn't have water the entire trip. The master bedroom leaked badly when it rained, and it rained everyday. geckos kept getting inside the living room (but that's expected in a jungle area). I did not like that there were not enough towels to accommodate the amount of people. We had to keep asking for extra towels, and re using ones we already had (unsanitary) There were no face towels at all. We ran out of paper towels and trash bags, and for some reason the kitchen floor gets dirty very easily, and we couldn't find a mop. There were also issues with the air conditions and fans. the remotes didn't work for some of the rooms,so we couldn't figure out how to change the temperature or turn off the fans no matter how much we tried. The villa is nice, but , there definitely needs to be way more simple necessities that guest need on a daily basis during the stay like proper towels (and enough towels) for guests to shower & routine maintenance checks. When I am paying that much money to travel, I would hope to be comfortable during my stay, and we were not comfortable most of the stay.

It was gorgeous! Immaculately clean. Exactly as the photos showed and super modern. So comfortable for our group of 6.

Nothing! It was just what we wanted. Only one comment, the queen bed in the smaller room was a bit short.

Very friendly hosts! We didn't meet them personally, but whenever we had a question, they responded very fast. The house is very luxurious and had everything we needed. There are 2 pools which are shared, but at the time we visited, we had both for ourselves.

Nothing we didn't like. The location is not the closest to the village, but we had a car so it was very easy to get everywhere
