Good value for money since we just stayed there for one night and it was $64.
The whole hotel seems pretty nice and the staff was very hospitable. Communication through booking.com chat was quick.
Apartment was clean and spacious.
Kitchen is OK equipped but it was great to have a working fridge :)
For us everything worked.
Watch out for the DEPOSIT in the fine print.
Location is fine if you are traveling by car otherwise short bikeride to city center is to be expected.
Walls are actually pretty thin and you can listen to your neighbors chatting and using doors, light switches or outlets.
Furthermore, balconies are connected to each other so you can see and chat with your neighbours. When we did they complained about some things (e. g., key/door/AC not working, cockroaches in living room, etc.).
However, the next morning someone came to fix their door.

great location, and the roof pool is great
there is a hotel being build next door so the noise can be annoying if you’re using the pool however it’s not that bad
you have to ask to have linen changed which we didn’t know so had dirty towels all week 🤢
could do with more sunbeds

The room is well decorated and has everything you need! The parking is on the street, watched by security guard. Only issue is the communication when checking in as we weren’t provided with apartment number and code but the security guard was very helpful and was able to whatsapp call the host. Adrian, who was the listed host, was also quick to respond we told him this and offered an hour at local spa- we just didn’t have time to check it out.

It was clean, cozy, nice pool.
We lost power and water around 3 am, so the place got so hot no air conditioning and we weren’t able to shower that morning, thank God we left around 6am

Super comfortable, nice decoration and all you need! Best that it seems on the photos.
A little bit far from the center, but if get a car or moto there won’t be any problem.

Very nice rooftop for sunbathing and pool was amazing. Very nice green nature around! Everyone was friendly and the apartment was nice and big. Kitchen had everytying we needed. Location was amazing, Fresh Market and cafes near.

Large bed, kitchen and balcony.
The apartment was not cleaned properly. There were ants and food moths in the kitchen cupboards, thick layer of dust on top of shelves. When we reported that to staff, the response was "there is ant spray in kitchen". Unacceptable.

The apartment was well put together and comfortable, nice bathroom and all you need in the kitchen for a short stay. Nice to have a little outside space too and the pool was a great bonus

I sent a $150 security deposit which I was to get back in the 7 days after my departure if everything was in order (which it was). I never received this money back.
I also addressed some cockroach issues with the concierge who was not responsive about the matter.

Great space! We had one of the larger units with 2 balconies. It was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was great and the security helps call for taxis. During the day, there was English speaking concierge. Estephania helped book our tours and bike rentals. Amazing service!
Water from the shower was leaking out and since we don’t get extra towels, our bath mat was constantly soaked. Other than that, there is a certain scent in the complex and I think it is due to the material of the floors etc. The rooftop pool was beautiful but the water is not heated so just be aware. Wish there was something to do on the balconies except for sit like a little pool or jacuzzi . A room downstairs had a private pool!

The place was very nice, the staff were very helpful and available 24/7. She helped booked our tours and activities last minute and he was always able to get us a taxi. He even gave us taxi fare as we didn’t have any pesos on hand to properly pay the taxi (we paid him back). Everything was really great.
They are doing construction next door and it was hard to sleep some days with all the noise. The power went out one day and we didn’t have WiFi, cable, or any water in the sink or bathroom, but that wasn’t there fault. There was nothing they could do

they cleaned the room only if you pay extra. why should we make worries about room cleaning when we are in holiday? why??? i would prefer to pay extra 300 pesos in the cost of the hotel from the beginning instead of texting to someone and arrange the cleaning in my holiday!!!

Overpriced. Room was smaller than advertised, noisy fridge right next to the bed, dirt road to get to the building which taxis refuse to take.

Rooftop pool and size of apartment were nice.
Walls are paper thin, we could listen in on our neighbours conversations.
Next door is a construction site making, at times, unbearable noise. Overall it's hard to have some quiet and relax. People entering the apartment complex can be heard at all times in all rooms of the apartment.
The elevator has been broken for months, according to other reviews.

The pool on the roof was amazing and the kitchen had all the essentials (sponge, soap, trash bags coffee maker). The room was beautifully designed and very spacious. Would recommend to stay at this place if you have a car since the hotel is kind of far away.
The building is build in an open shape which makes you every sound in the hallway. sometimes guest were really loud, screaming and yelling. Next to the hotel is a construction zone where the workers were drilling around 8-9 hours which is really something the hotel can’t do anything about it. Thankfully the construction workers were doing it during reasonable hours. From around 9 am until 5pm.

nice big apartment. new .. quiet area. but soon next to them start to build A new building.. so will be not more quiet
after I book .. I need to open PayPal account.. because they want 200$ deposit..
and everyday need to text to owner that we want to have new clean towers for our room.

loved the modern style. upstairs pool area beautiful and there’s a comfy massive bed
the appliances were very few. only wine glasses, the kettle was quite dirty and could’ve done with more kitchen appliances

Condo I selected was not the one I got. I had selected a 2nd floor or higher, got a 1st floor. Condo was very humid and smelly even with A/C on. There was always alot of ants in the kitchen, I didn't even cook. No staff but security guards. Any questions/help was thru text and very slow. They WERE really quick to try and upsell stuff: massages, covid testing, airport pickup, etc. Elevator didn't work. Slow to refund my $150USD deposit.

The security guard.
Construction next door was absurdly noisy. It sounded like they were jackhammering right into my wall.. ALLLLLL DAYYYY LONG. on top of that I lost power 12 hours into my stay and had to scramble to get my things and find a new hotel. Elevator didn't work and I was on the top floor. The security guard was really nice and that was about the only pleasant experience about this place. Will literally never come back.
