Location was ideal! The view from our patio was absolutely amazing!!!

Coffe was instant, had to walk to coffee shop to get a good cup of coffee Shower and bathroom were very tiny. Shower super tiny!! The room is very rustic but clean. Cleaning lady came at 8 am when we were trying to relax in the patio in the morning. Not very private.

The place has a fantastic view of Santorini's caldera. Quiet and very private. Recently refurbished. George, the manager, greeted us at Imerovigli Square and helped us with the luggage. He personally came to say good bye as well. We felt really at home. The jacuzzi was perfect.

An excellent property that offers fantastic views and is very tranquil and at the same time private in Imerovigli with its own Hot-tub for a relaxing holiday. Margurita is a wonderful super-host, who ensures a memorable stay. Will definitely recommend.

View was amazing and hot tub was warm and offered good privacy. Margarita was warm and welcoming and brought down warm homemade breakfast each morning.

Bed was very firm, and took some time to get adjusted to. Hot tub and shower water had some "Sea" smell to it. Quite a bit of steps to get down, but good exercise in morning 😊

Margarita was an excellent host, she met us to escort us to the property and her colleague helpfully carried our bags down the stairs both when we arrived and when we left. She spent time to give us excellent recommendations, made us a delicious freshly based breakfast on both days and was available to help with all of our queries. The room and terrace are absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Margarita was extremely helpful during our stay. She was very responsive and helped us make reservations and coordinated transfers around the island. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We were happy we stayed in Imerovigli as this area is more quiet and a bit farther away from the Fira hustle and bustle. The hot tub was very relaxing at night and the room was quite large! We also liked having the bath robes and slippers in the room and the shower felt great.

It would have been nice to have some additional amenities.. we were missing a wine glass (which Margarita did provide when asked), wine opener, larger towels, and an extra blanket for night time. Had we asked, I'm sure Margarita would have provided the rest but we didn't want to bother her too much during our stay. The bed also isn't very comfortable. Overall very much enjoyed our stay.

Where to start! As this was our honeymoon so I did significant research into the accommodation There were so many discrencies in both booking.com and Iatis View websites However, Booked a villa that had Private Terrace, or thought I had. On arrival I was shown the Villa which had a public access path running in front of the terrace and certainly not private I asked to be given the one below as shown and booked but was told this is what I had been allocated. This was the first time I had any knowledge of this allocation. If I had I would have asked to be change or cancelled the booking. We were offered an option which was a 1/3 the size but allowed a little more privacy. A little disappointed that the manager really was not interested in the fact this was our honeymoon! We took the smaller villa, no storage so lived out of suitcase's for the week The hanging space pictured is not actual hanging space as you cant even hang a shirt up in it. Also woke each day to little visitors in the form of cockroaches! Requested support from Booking.com and got nothing sent an email to Iatis and they haven't yet even applied.

Marguerite the hostess goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay and eat way too much yummy breakfast.😀The villa was great lots of room, very clean good privacy and views to die for of the Caldera.

Perfect location in the quieter part of Imerovigli, which was perfect for our honeymoon. Margorita was amazing as our host and helped out with anything we needed. Views were epic, and plenty of amazing restaurants in the area.

The view was absolutely gorgeous, it was the most beautiful view I've seen from a hotel. During the day you can clearly see the Caldera and the western part of the island from the terrace, at night can just stare at the lights coming from the nearby towns. Besides that, the host was very nice and helpful, they helped with carrying our luggage down and up the steps (which were pretty steep). But there are some things you should be aware before booking.

- Because it's in a cave, it was quite damp inside. Not only the bathroom, but also the bedroom to the point you could feel it on the sheets a bit, and there was also some damp smell. So the sleep wasn't very comfortable because of that. - There is a little house for the staff just next to the terrace and also some stairs down for them to walk to other villas. So there was not much privacy during the day as they were walking through our terrace. - The hot tub wasn't the cleanest. When we put the bubbles on, some dirt came out (including some hair etc... Not ideal to see when you're chilling in a hot tub) - Breakfast pretty bad - there's no selection and you have to go with that they give you, which is pastry and a boiled egg. Could use some fruit or veggie... Or at least some dip not to eat it so dry. - Regarding dry, I'm not sure why they put tea and coffee in the room as the tap water is so salty you can't use it for tea/coffee (unless you like your coffee with some salt instead of sugar)

Quite private terrace with amazing view. Really liked our heated hot tub. Room was big and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a lot of stairs, some of them quite steep, but the location was worth it.

Very small selection for breakfast, only pastries and boiled eggs. We stayed two nights, first day there was two little straw juices in refrigerator but another day we didn’t get any drinks with breakfast.

The views from the room were incredible and Margarita, our host, helped us book whatever we needed and gave us loads of information.

We loved the absolutely incredible view, the huge front terrace right on the cliff, and lovely pool right at our door. Staff were incredibly helpful.

There isn’t a table to use so nowhere to sit down and eat from, also it was hard to work from my laptop.

The view is spectacular with many restaurants in the area. Fira is only a 15-20 minutes walk. The private hot tub was really nice. Our host was amazing and booked us whatever we needed. the the services she recommended were amazing and very professional. They even congratulated us on our honeymoon with a bottle of wine and a nice setup with roses and swans!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Since it was advertised as luxury I would’ve thought the bed would be more comfy.

The view is amazing, the balcony area felt very private, and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. This is a great caldera view room with a hot tub, for a reasonable price. Highly recommended

The place is a little hard to find at first since the Google Maps location isn't accurate (please update). But they meet you and help you carry all your stuff down, which is great!

We loved the whole stay,accommodation, staff,suberp view. Everything was perfect and as advertised. Margarita is the perfect person handling everything to perfection and satisfying every request!100% recommend Iatis great service and stay and most of all best view of Santorini atleast for us.

I am obsessed with this accommodation! the location is PERFECT. Stunning views at any time of the day, especially sunset. The location is very private which I don't think would be the same in Thira or Oia. The host, Margarita, was wonderful. She was there to meet us and help us find our way to the villa. She had a bottle of wine as it was my birthday! She also brought us our breakfast each morning. Honestly, I am so happy we had the opportunity to stay here. When we come back to Santorini we will definitely be booking Latis villa again. We had the most magical time staying here! You will not regret staying here!

It would have been good to have an extra shelf in the bathroom - just for more space. But this is a very small detail!

Amazing location right on the cliff with a breathtaking view. Each villa has private space for sunbathing and a hot tub. We were staying in this place in the end of October, which is almost the end of a season, but we never regret that we choose this time of the year, because during the cool evening we truly enjoyed our private pool. Stuff (George) was very sweet and helpful. BTW in October the sunset from our villa was better, that in Oia!

Villa inside was cozy, but couple of things weren’t nice, for example there was a strong small of damp in your room and bathroom (place needed batter ventilation), we managed it by keeping window open. Maybe there is no such problem in summer. Also there were some things with scale and rust in a bathroom- I believe if owner will change this small details everything is gonna be 100% perfect 😊
