The staff at Cilon is exceptional! We were connected on WhatsApp and they provided round the clock concierge services. They helped us off the on trail, made dinner reservations and arranged for car rental. I had the best experience with the staff. Also this location is mid-point in Santorini has great views and quieter than Fira and Oia.

The room is a cave so has humidity - make sure to ask the staff to turn on the dehumidifier setting in the AC unit.

There was really nothing to complain about, we felt very comfortable and happy we with all of the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly! We'd absolutely come back! The location is nice because it sits a little higher on the island so I felt like the view was of everything and maybe a bit more private than other locations we looked at. The walk into the main area of Fira did not take too long and was nice. I was a bit worried the small cave suit would be too narrow but it was very comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. There were open cubbies in the rock to roll our suitcases and stack our close out of the way. The outdoor space with jacuzzi, table and nook was perfect! No one could look down onto our direct area and the path outside the gate was not busy. The neighbors patio was not obtrusively located either and their Jacuzzi was upstairs, so we were rarely out there at the same time (although we did like chatting with our neighbors anyways)

The shower takes a little bit of maneuverung to not accidentally spray out of the area, that being said, the water pressure is wonderful!!

The location is wonderful! The staff was incredible but sadly the property manager / owner was not helpful when I raised my concerns about a cold jacuzzi. It turned into them arguing and defending instead of them trying to help me with the jacuzzi problem. It was hugely disappointing and I really regretted choosing this hotel.

The hot tub was not hot for our room (room 1) I complained and mentioned my concerns on the first day but they kept just telling me it was fine when in fact it was unusable in the cold weather. I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub so it was a huge huge disappointment. They are very expensive so to have an unusable hot tub was totally unacceptable!!! Also from our jacuzzi, you have no view if you are sitting in the water which defeats the purpose.

Location was the best there is in Santorini, great view for sunset and sunrise (Master suite). Super friendly staff. We felt warmly welcome. Easy communication with whatsapp, even before arrival. Breakfast order via website was nice and the food really good quality. The jacuzzi upstairs (Master suite) was the best, great views and privacy. The view is breathtaking. The room was clean and cozy. After a long day flight, soaking in the outside hot tub is not anything better a person can ask. when I checked out, a staff called a cab for me and carried my luggage to the cab. There are choices of homemade breakfast. Highly recommend

Beginning I had little trouble to find the place. You just need to go further up the steps to see the sign for the place

The staff were absolutely amazing! Always attentive and willing to help assist with anything we needed!

The room was very small and very rundown. The railing on the staircase was wobbly and needs another paint job. The fan they have in the top area where the you sleep was very dirty had to clean it ourselves just so we could sleep at night with cold air as their air conditioning unit did not cool the top. Bathroom also could use some TLC.

Ameli and the other staff members were incredibly welcoming, very helpful and really friendly. We loved our time at Cilon Suites and would be delighted to return. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Everything was just perfect , the views are out of this world , we stayed in the master suite it was just breathtaking.. I would highly recommend .. The staff are fantastic & can’t do enough for you . Breakfast is fab lots of choice . Hope to stay here again one day .

There was not a single thing to dislike at Cilon. The location, staff, breakfast, room, cleanliness was all amazing, & the view was just a bonus!

Everything perfect! Breakfast delicious and the view of my room is the most beautiful! I really recomended!

The facilities were in a fantastic and accessible location, everything was safe, clean, and hospitable. The staff were excellent. Very attentive and helpful with all of our needs, from ordering breakfast to calling taxis. Ameli offered for us an upgraded hot tub experience for one night when she knew we wanted that unit but there weren’t any available when we originally booked. Overall highly recommend these suites in this beautiful location with friendly and hospitable staff.

The space was a little too cramped for 2 people to live in and get ready in. There was only one mirror and the water ended up all over the floor when we tried to shower. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

it is not worth the money you spend . there was no power in the morning or proper breakfast . host didn’t even care to talk to us about these issues. view is not good for the money we pay . pool is too small to accommodate 2 people

The view is exceptional and breathtaking. It is located in a great (and quieter!) part of Santorini but not far from plenty of nightlife. An oasis. We had a private hot tub overlooking the unbelievable view. Hosts could not have been friendlier or more accommodating and the breakfast delivered to our terrace each morning was amazing.

stav was an absolute hero and she helped us with all our inquiries. the room is impeccable and the view is one of wonders room is spacious and clean and all our needs were responded to within minutes!

The View is just breathtaking!! Espacially on the top with the Jacuzzi. Even if Santorini is quiet busy, it was quiet and just 15 min. walk to the Center. The staff is so helpfull and so friendly! The breakfast is huge and you can order all the time some Pizza, Clubsandwich and more. Its really worth to spend the money!! Thank you for making our hollidays that special!!!

The best we could ask for. A massive thank you to the team especially Stavroula, Nari and Dora. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was wonderful. As soon as we landed I received a welcome call from Stavroula who met us at the meeting point outside the hotel. Stavroula was extremely helpful ensuring that we were well looked after and she was contactable at all times. You are truly well looked after in this beautiful hotel. Dora makes a wonderful breakfast that is delivered to your room every morning by herself and Nari. Dora makes the loveliest breakfast and always has a smile on her face. Nari is extremely helpful and on hand for anything and everything. A massive thank you to the team. Now for the room. Amazing, 100% recommend spending extra and staying in the honeymoon suite as you get a hot tub with stunning views of the island. Loved it here, really the best place we have ever stayed. I never write reviews but this for us was an experience we believe those that can, should experience.

Staff were very welcoming and kind. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. Location was perfect, close to Fira but also quiet for us to chill. Breakfast was lovely and a great offering.

The only thing we would have liked was somewhere to sunbathe I.e. sunbeds. We stayed in junior suite and only had table and chairs. We would have stayed more in our room if we had this.
