Very good and quiet guest house and excellent service and a worthy breakfast also. Will use and be back to all the time now if and when needs be.

The room was large, clean and with it being next to the front door no stairs...

Due to being next to the front door and dining room other guests talking woke us earlier than the alarm. We also found the bed too soft which for us didn't aid a good night sleep.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, helpful with directions and any questions we asked. Delicious breakfast and lots of choice, room was very spacious and lovely and warm without being too hot. Even though we were on a main road it was very quiet. One of the nicest guest houses we have stayed in, would have no hesitation at returning

There wasn't anything to dislike, it was quiet, secure, clean and warm at a reasonable price, what more could you ask for.

Shame it didn’t have its own bar, but it is only a bed and breakfast, there are facilities dry close by so was no problem at all.

A warm welcome, lovely hosts and a beautiful, well cared for house. Very clean and comfortable and everything we needed for a relaxing time. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. Felt really looked after. Also, free parking front and back was great in a city location. Plenty of local restaurants and shops. City centre is just far enough away that the location is quiet, but you can get into town quickly if you want to. Or you can just head away from Aberdeen and explore the countryside and coast. Loved it, and want to stay again.

The front parking is tight, but not much can be done about that in a city and there is loads of parking at rear if you ask. Shame the door to the en-suite bathroom sticks on frame a bit as noisy opening when you spend a wee visit in the wee small hours. Otherwise, this place was faultless.
