Olesya made us feel very welcome and was an amazing host! She cooked us incredible, traditional Georgian meals for a great value. The rooms were spacious and comfy, with a balcony and a view. It was also a perfect location for visiting the local botanical gardens and the beach! The hosts are always happy to talk to you and give you directions!

I really liked the location because it is close to the botanical gardens which is only five minutes away in a car. I found the staff friendly even though they didn't speak English. I really found them helpful when I fell over. I know that it was affordable for my family.

I think the staff should improve their knowledge of foreign languages. They need more light at the bottom of the stairs. My children didn't like the front of the property that had no glass. It is hard to find in a taxi after it is dark.

- Closeness to the Botanical Garden and to the beach (15 min. walk through the same forest road) that was the main purpose of our choice of location. - Hosts' generousity and friendlyness: they proposed to us much more homemade food that it was supposed, they invited us to have a supper with them... - High ceilings rooms and bathroom were renovated and agreablely designed; - View from the balcony: the house is on a hill, so you see a panorama of close and far mountains covered with trees and scattered little private houses. There was just a little bit of sea view between the trees, but the sunsets happened exactly in that spot! - We appreciated permission to use hosts' kitchen combined with the dining room. However when they needed to use it at the same time with us I felt shy to disturb their privacy.

- Some highway noise from the valley, but despite of that I liked sitting at the balcony enjoying the panoramic landscape from our hill.

A nice quiet guesthouse with friendly hosts and nice views of the Green Cape. A nice sunny room.

About a 20 minute walk to the Botanical Garden.
