SUNSET AND VIEWS! This apartment is just amazing if you like admiring sunset and chillin with great view over the city. The location is perfect for stay in the middle of the city. We felt welcomed and the host was available to help us if we needed something :) There is nothing bad that I can say :) (for the kitchen, if you want to cook be ready that you have to buy everything you need, not equipment, but the basics like oil, salt...just everything you will need) We would return!

Apartment was great, the main bedroom comes with a double size bunk bed, fits 4, and the room is huge with a little balcony. The second room is more narrowed, but enough to fit a double bed and leave your luggage on the floor. Both bedrooms with great windows and views to the city, we stayed at a 23rd floor. Living room with open kitchen, a clear and wide open space for you to relax and share the rush of the day, also with clear views of the city, spectacular. It comes with AirCon, very handy. 1 Bathroom, clean and spacious. The apartment comes with all the facilities needed, towels, sheets, etc... Location was good, next to a Supermarket, and surrounded by many restaurants, being off the port area, the area is less touristic, and more local oriented which in terms of food is great. It is also next to one of the main streets so it counts with easy public transport just next to the door. Just to mention, there is a park for kids just 10 min walking with plenty of choices, access is free and you just have to pay for using the games, highly recommend for kids.

Not that I dislike but can be a problem for some, closest beach and port area are around 15-20 min walk, not a problem, but to consider. Also the parking issue, parking by the street is limited but it is also paid, no operating hours are from 9pm to 9 am weekdays, and from Saturday 2p to Monday 9am. There are a couple of parkings around but are way more expensive than the public one. Views are astonishing clear and beautiful, however, being at the beach, you may miss a beach oriented view, I guess that some of the apartments may have a different orientation of the one we had, it may be worth to check before booking and try'n get one with seaview.

Cold in apartment ( in the first night 22 January - it was no heating - 15 C - the problem was solved the second day with a litlle electric heater) . Not enough kitchen cutlery ( only one spoon) and the knifes didn,t cut well. No washing machine like in facilities description. Two capsule of coffee but no sugar, also no salt or pepper. ( with a minimum investment the conditions could be better). Little bath soap and no shampoo at all. Only 6-7 tv programmes all in spanish. Mattres in bedroom was oldie and the bed noisy. THE UPSIDE NEIGHBORS WERE VERY NOISY EVEN AFTER 22 A CLOCK, TWO KIDS RUNNIG IN THE HOUSE ALL DAY LONG SO IF YOU WANT TO REST THERE IS NO CHANCE !!

The views over the city were breathtaking...apartment was super clean, modern, fresh and had everything in it that we needed. Sophia who managed the apartment was lovely and so helpful. She sent us information on where to eat and places to see and nothing was an issue. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We will definetly be staying here when we come back to Alicante!

Everything was perfect!

Apartment is located on the 23rd floor which gives you an amazing view over the city. The building is just next to Plaza de los Luceros which is absolute center of Alicante- you have 5-10 min walking distance to the sea, restaurants, supermarkets main sights and airport shuttle stop is located at the Plaza de los Luceros- very convenient. In the apartment there is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment and cutlery. There are two bedrooms and living room, for our group of 5 it was just enough space- everything spotless. Amazing owner, easy to contact with, gave us tips about restaurants and provided all we needed. In short- highly recommend it!
