The place is accessible and the staffs were kind.
- We were told that we booked a room that has an outside CR, and transferred to another room.
- However, what we got was a bathroom that has no flush, they will not provide any toiletries, no bidet (they will only give you towel and one tissue, and then no more)
I mean these are the basics for proper accommodation.
- The aircon was not enough to cool the room, electric fan was an option.
- I think the place needs a lot of improvement and renovation.
- Even though it’s a just a beachfront (indicated as sea view room, noooot really) Go to other places for better view and relaxation.

the kubo room is not clean and not well maintained, size is too small.

The room is so small and the price is unreasonable. Its somewhat expensive and dont have any toiletries as freebies. The water from the shower has low pressure. So sad.

I love that it was an exclusive property, we had a great time relaxing and having the whole beach on our own

we were not advise that water and electricity will be out/off from 6am to 6pm 🥺 wasn’t able to wash before checkout.

helpers were accommodating. location is really near the sea.
privacy was really non-existent since some are still playing karaoke even if it past 10PM, the time for people to rest and sleep. bathrooms were not well-maintained and confusing since they said that it is a private bathroom, but in reality it is not. It was separated with the bedroom.
Thus, the information about the accommodation was misleading. It is not clearly stated that the bathroom is separated from the bedroom.

The administrator of the Beach, Sir Raymond, gave us an upgrade to our room with CR without extra charge. He and the other staff Isa are very accommodating and pleasant. They attend to whatever we need during our stay in the resort. The place was also conducive for a serene mood.Raymond waived the corkage fee for the alcoholic beverages that we brought. Sobrang bait Nila and maalaga. For surfers indeed.Will definitely recommend this place to my friends!!!👍👍😃

I liked the atmosphere. Quiet and secluded. I liked the Nipa Hut style accommodations.

it’s located near the central area of San Juan so getting around was good. Also adjacent to a nice restaurant which was a walk to the main road
not much really it’s what i expected there was some renovations going on but other than that nothing I didn’t like about the place

Some people were using our 'private' CR, despite staff mentioning that they were able to orient other guests of their respective CRs.

NOTHING AT ALL! IT’S A SCAM! THE PROPERTY NEVER EXIST. I BOOKED THE PROPERTY,GOT A CONFIRMATION FROM BOOKING.COM.WE WENT THERE BUT NOBODY WAS THERE!
THEY DON’T HAVE THEIR OWN GATE SO THE PEOPLE FROM THE NEIGHBOURING RESORT WILL BE THE ONE TO OPEN THE GATE FOR YOU.THEY DON’t EVEN HAVE A SIGNBOARD SO IT WAS SO HARD TO LOCATE THE PROPERTY.THE GOOGLE MAP WILL LEAD YOU AT THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY AND YOU WILL ENDED UP IN A DEAD END ROAD.
WE TRIED OUR BEST TO FIND AT LEAST ONE PERSON TO SPEAK WITH BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP!THE PLACE WAS A MESS,A LOT OR RUBBISH AND AN EMPTY BOTTLES EVERYWHERE.
I CALLED THEIR NUMBER (09271135161) BUT I GOT NO RESPONSE.IT WAS RINGING BUT NO ONE ANSWERED IT.
THE NEXT DAY,SOMEONE TEXTED ME FROM THAT NUMBER AS WELL TELLING ME I CAN GO TO THE PROPERTY ANYTIME AS IT WAS READY.I TEXTED HER ASKING WHY THEY DIDN’T ANSWERED LAST NIGHT AND THEY JUST REPLIED THEY FELL ASLEEP ALREADY.
NOT SURE YET IF THEY TOOK MY MONEY…I HOPE BOOKING.COM WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY FOR NOT TO EXPERIENCE THE SAME FOR THE FUTURE TRAVELLERS.
