Vale muchísimo la pena, es un lugar muy bonito con una vibra increíble. El personal es súper amable, las instalaciones son muy lindas, hay actividades de recreación todo el tiempo. En general un gran lugar si quieres ir al Parque Volcán Arenal, l Catarata y la agua termales. Nos encantó!!!

Very friendly staff, helped us with booking our tours during the stay which were amazing. The bar/restaurant was really nice and loved the food and drinks offers they had. The tipi tent was cool too and I loved the overall relaxed vibe. They offered a great spa and massage treatment which was great!

Nothing it was great, apart from the mosquitos!

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In het hostel worden activiteiten georganiseerd waar je aan mee kan doen, wat erg leuk is om mensen te ontmoeten. Makkelijk om tours te boeken bij via het hostel, mocht je dat willen. Heerlijk eten te koop bij de bar. Grote keuken om zelf te koken en genoeg ruimte voor koeling. Douche in de dorm was heerlijk en de bedden sliepen ook goed! Beste overnachting in Costa rica tot nu toe.

Op de foto’s van de 6 bed community room waren gordijntjes te zien, alleen die hingen er niet. En het was best smal!

El lugar era muy bonito y buena ubicación.

No tenían secador de pelo, es algo básico que la mayoría de hostel y hoteles tienen.

Les espaces communs sont géniaux c’est très convivial

Les sanitaires petits et pas propre, les dortoirs exigus 6 lits dans 12 m2 ça fait petit

Ok beliggenhed i byen, gratis parkering og virkelig god service fra turistguiden på hotellet.

Generelt for dyrt når det er et Hostel hvor du evt. sover i en lille tippi uden aircondition.

La cafetería, te cobran 6€ por un cafe. No se puede lavar la ropa, hay que pagar 15€ por colada

Location, public spaces, yoga, pool, general vibe and decor.

Rooms were much smaller than any other Selina I have stayed in. Toilets/washrooms were not very clean.

Nice spot. All you wish for. Place to work, library, a pool, bar, restaurant, chilling area.

Restaurant is a bit expensive for what it is.

Great atmosphere and beautiful location

Only thing is that the laundry cost 15€, which is quite high.

De beste Selina van onze reis in Costa Rica! Leuke sfeer, veel mensen ontmoet en de kame was heerlijk. We hebben hier goed uitgerust en ons goed vermaakt. Daarnaast erg vriendelijk personeel!

Niet veel ruimte in de keuken

Die Duschen und die Toiletten waren sehr sauber. Das Bett wurde jeden Tag gemacht und das Personal war immer hilfsbereit. Die Küche und der große Esstisch im Außenbereich haben mir sehr gefallen, genauso wie Bar/Restaurant und Pool. Generell war ich wirklich zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt.

Lovely people working there, glad to help you with anything. Close to the center; restaurants and bars. There are good vibes there if you travel solo. Easy way to meet new people with the same plans as you. Tepee tent can get pretty hot, but there is a fan to help you.

Everything. Hoatel is awesome, pretty, modern, comfy, cool, and cheerful.

I think you could make the co-working space free to use or have an hourly rate instead of paying for the whole day as the person may need to have a meeting or something. Otherwise the hostel is perfect, congrats :)

Lovely, welcoming feel. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Camaraderie was fab, bed and pillows were super comfy!

Great place! Shout out to the staff… la fortuna staff was by far the best one in all my stays in Costa Rica! They made the experience even better!

Beautiful property, welcoming & helpful staff, very close to restaurants etc.

The sheets on my bed were dirty.

I booked a standard room with a private bathroom and when I got there they said there was a problem with the "system" and there was no room available for me. So I only had the option of a tent with a shared bathroom and they charge 50 dollars for this nonsense. I stayed somewhere else. No thanks Selina!!!!!There will not be a next time for me here.

One of the best places we have been in a while! Had the deluxe room after being in the jungle for a couple days and it was amazing :)

Good breakfast, nice and clean place in the center of the city. The city was full of restaurants and shops. The place with clean swimming pool, dance, yoga and other courses. Very nice place full of young people.
