La camera troppo piccola, la qualità della colazione non era ottima e la cena al ristorante da dimenticare. Crostacei troppo cotti e prezzo della cena troppo alto

הטלויזיה לא עבדה והגיעו לתקן אותה רק למחרת וגם אחרי שהתקשרתי וביקשתי.
המקלחת- זרם מים כמו פיפי.. רגש ענק עם מיליון חורים ובקושי רבע ראש מוציא מים. בנוסף המים הכי חמים שלהם הם בכלל קר פושר. מהיום הראשון, ובמשך כל יום ביקשתי שיתקנו את המקלחת ורק בלילה האחרון הגיע איש אחזקה שאיכשהו גרם שיצאו קצת יותר מים.
הצוות התעלם ממני, כל פעם שירדתי ללובי אפילו שלום לא אמרו.
המזרון קשה כמו אבן, יכלתי לישון על הרצפה זה היה אותו דבר.
בנוסף, ממול המלון יש עץ עם מיליון ואחת תוכים/ציפורים ש-24/7 עושות רעש שמקשה על השינה.
בקיצור לא ללכת למלון הזה !!!

Freundliches Personal, ich durfte das Gepäck schon morgens vor acht bis zum Check-in am Nachmittag unterstellen. Das Hotel wirkt gepflegt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit verglastem Balkon zur Straße hinaus. Etwas lauter durch den Verkehr, aber auch sehr gemütlich, bei Regen das Treiben auf der Straße zu beobachten. Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Nachttisch mit Steckdose vorhanden.
Etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer wären schön.

The hotel staff were amazing and the food was delicious. Breakfast is included but I would recommend you go for dinner too because it was one of the best dinners I had in CR.
In hindsight, it's' a little bit expensive for what it is.

there should be brighter lights in rooms and also the night time facility should be ones that understand english, there is this girl at night time and she barely speaks english and it’s hard to talk and make her understand anything

Our bed was rather warn/ needed to be replaced and ask if they are under construction. During our stay they had some heavy machinery running ( reasonable hours but quite loud in the court yard)

The location was very good. Right in the middle of La Fortuna town.
The room was a tad small and in need of some redecoration but otherwise was good.

The location was right in the heart of the action and made it easy to access all of the activities on offer. The breakfast was also excellent with a number of traditional dishes available to order and a selection of fruit, coffee and muffins available from 06:30.

The location of the hotel was perfect and was nicely tucked away so when you entered the hotel it felt like you were in your own little sanctuary. I'm a big fan of boutique hotels and this one was super charming. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. Some of the best food we had throughout our stay. Staff was also amazing and super accommodating at all hours of the day.
We tried to get adjoining rooms, but because of the size of our party and availability it was not feasible. Our larger room was suitable except the wifi reception was not great. The room was located downstairs so that may have been an issue in terms of access to the wifi. Our upstairs room wifi worked fine.

Loved our stay here! It is right in the city center, across the street from a beautiful park and accessible to many delicious restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed fruit and juice for breakfast which was perfect for us. A great place to consider for your stay :)

right in the middle of the downtown area so around all the local shops, restaurants and tour operators. The hotel was amazing everything you needed. Staff were awesome and the breakfast which is included was great! would highly recommend

location was good, very central. front desk guy he was nice.
the room was very unclean, smelt of damp, and the bed sheets had black marks and hair from someone else on them. unfortunately they don’t change them so we where left with them through our stay. the bathroom had a serious drainage stench. the room aroma had the smell of BBQ from the grill of the hotel supporting restaurant. very unfortunate if your not a meat eater. bathroom floor had grime on tiles.

Perfect location in central La Fortuna, you can walk everywhere. Breakfast was also very good, you had two options: typical costa rican or american, plus juice coffee and fruit. Hotel was very clean, we had room service everyday! Oh and VERY friendly staff, always had a smile on their face.
There was no real common area to hang out and meet other people. And maybe the room furniture can be outdated for some (wasnt a problem for us).
