The host was ignoring my questions and my messages. I finally got her on the phone and again, she was not very helpfull. Luckily I got the chekin information in time on Whats up and she told me that her account was blocked!!! However, when we arrived we realised that the explanation on Booking is wrong- we booked an appartment with 2 bathrooms, only 1 was there. Also, in one of the bedrooms, the bed was broken- not possible to use it. We were left only 3 towels, total, and we were 4 adults+children. Overall the apprtment did not look clean. The dishwasher smeeled terrible and the bathroom was also not cleaned well. When I sent her messages to ask her for towels and tell her about the bed, she was completly ignoring me. No response whatsoeever. Now I know why her Whats up account was blocked. The appartment is old, not taken care of, it is differemt from the pictures and does not offer what promised. Everything looked dirty. Also the half of the chairs in the living room are broken... I would never go here again- dont book it!!!

Location is perfect for a city break, right by the city centre. Next to tram and bus exchange, a 10euro taxi from train Station. The flat is large and bright. We used 5 beds, there were also sofa beds if you had a larger group. Good value for money for groups.

Unfortunately the flat had only been partly cleaned; bathroom and toilet were clean and beds made but the floor was filthy (grit, food, dust) and wet bedding/towels (recently washed) were hanging in the lounge. I was able to sweep the floor but there was no hoover. I contacted the owner who immediately apologised and sent a cleaner the next day. However, we also found dirty crockery in cupboards (despite there being a dishwasher). The noise from the street is loud, but this is to be expected in a city centre location. It was a good simply furnished flat for a city break where you plan on only sleeping there. Not for longer stays (only 3 forks in the drawer, and 1 mirror, hard for 5 women!). I hope the owner completes more thorough checks in future, then I would recommend it.

the owner entered the apartment over me without announcing, without knocking on the door. very old windows! broken beds. excellent position (about the same)

Good location but you have to pay for The parking every 3 houres. Lots of space and good contact with oenerowskiej before check in.

Some mattresses are used and uncomfortable Not all beds were prepared for the number of quests. unfortunately it took a while for the staff to react. first we heard that they are in Vienna and they will be back after midnight, then we have to pay extra for the children who were in the reservation. the problem was finally resolved but we had unnesessary stress.
