Communication was really good. George was excellent and responded quickly to any queries we had. The location was superb. Will definitely stay again.

2 bed apartment with no sitting room. Not even a bedroom chair. Windows opened so little, there was no air. Paying over £500 for 3 nights in September expected somewhere other than kitchen or on the bed, to relax 😌

I received about 8 emails saying the same thing about the accommodation, followed by the pass codes on the last morning. opened the main door with several tries and great difficulty. We went out for dinner and on our return couldn’t then find the pass codes email on my phone so had to ring for help. it doesn’t work to not have an actual human being at the property. Very hot in room and the hall light continually went on and off all night so little sleep for us that night as there was no switch to turn it off. All in all, extremely disappointing especially as it wasn’t cheap.

We enjoyed the locality of the hotel, and the room itself was perfect for us. Having the local amenities so close to the hotel made trying to decide where to eat a nice little game.

The heat in the room got unbearable and the fan that was supplied made little to no difference on the temperature inside the room. Also upon entry into the room the light is on a sensor this wouldn't be a problem usually but when my partner got up in the night to use the bathroom the lights came on and are very very bright waking me up.
