Only one size pillow which was very full. I prefer a flat pillow so slept most of the night without one which wasn’t comfortable. Providing two pillows each, one full and one low would be a great option.

We loved the room, the hosts were so lovely and made us feel so welcome and provided us with everything we could need

Wonderful! Clean, modern,tasteful, spacious and cozy apartment with great location. We will visit again for sure! It is really difficult to find that kind of apartments in Italy.

The room had character. Appreciated little touches like the books we could read, the breakfast basket, the responsiveness of Valentina to our requests. pleasant staff. within good dining options.

no elevators to upper floor. a lot was going on in the vicinity with people filling the bars surrounding the area so it seemed crowded and busy. Driver couldn't drop us off in front of the place so we had to walk from the corner

Beautiful apartment with great style

Very nice big warm room, clean with a large big bed, very comfortable in a nice location near everything coffee shops, bars, places to eat and not far from the center. Big bathroom with a big shower too. The lady was very helpful and kind too when we arrived.

The wifi wasn't strong - not very good signal and the breakfast we were expecting something else i have to say and we were a little disappointed and i will explain what i mean. Inside the room was a table with two glasses for coffee and two plates, and a small basket with 2 orange juice, bisuates, honey and a small refrigerator for two pieces of bread, two pieces of cheese and yogurt. I mean everything was ready and nothing homemade. Inside the room there was a coffee machine with two capsules of coffee too. At Bologna there are so many places that they could give a nice warm breakfast in the morning with a Vaguer.

airco gets you dry unfortunately. also for the breakfast some salty items can be added :) little bit sweaty.

Spacious room with nice decoration. the room was nicely heated which was a plus when coming from the cold outside. the staff are nice.

Great location. Valentina was a very good communicator and sorted out a hot water problem very quickly. The room had some nice decor, everything was clean and the small breakfast was nice.

The ground floor room windows were high up which made the room dark.

We really liked the location. We liked the freedom of an apartment which was really well equipped with everything you could need. Loved the mini fridge. The apartment was really modern and spacious with a comfortable bed. Valentina couldn't do enough for us, recommending sites to see and places to eat. The apartment block is beside a restaurant which we were concerned about, but we couldn't hear a thing as the apartment is tucked away down the back of the block away from the main street. You're a ten minute walk, if even, into the centre of Bologna. You are also provided with a great variety for breakfast, muesli, ham, cheese, yoghurts, bread, jams, spreads and biscuits and cakes. The bathroom is really spacious and looks newly refurbished with a large mirror over a sizeable vanity, bidet, toilet and sink and a large walk in shower with both a rainforest shower head and a hand held smaller shower head. I would definitely recommend a stay here. We stayed three nights and it was perfect for what we needed.

Really small recommendation would be fresh fruit at breakfast, but there are lots of shops close by so we just bought fruit.

The cleaning lady was nice.

The room has insufficient direct sunlight (if any....) and a lot of mold around the walls and therefore considered inappropriate for people with asthma or other respiratory problems...

The B&B is on a scruffy run down street full of graffiti and bars. The bars are located all along the street with one each side of the door to the B&B. There are lots of bins full of empty bottles. We arrived at 11.30am and were advised we could store our luggage before our room would be ready at 3pm. We had to buzz to be let into the B&B. Eventually the door lock was released and we went inside to what looked like a long walk down death row. We stood at a metal locked gate waiting for someone to come. A young girl let us in and took us down the dark smelly corridor to the end where there was a small room for luggage. It was dark and smelt of drains. Just off the luggage store cubby hole was the only room which was situated downstairs. The others are upstairs. There is no lift. I asked where the bar area was (as per trip advisor B&B description) and was told there wasn’t one. We had walked a long way and I asked to sit down but the only seat was in reception which apparently was upstairs. I can’t do stairs - especially the ones on this building - and I wasn’t aware there was not a lift and most rooms were on higher floors. The owner then told me I would be in the ground floor apartment. I just couldn’t face the thought of pushing my way through outside bars at night, to get through to the dark dank corridor and be in an interior room just off the smelly corridor. The walkway also had a small open area which had several washing lines with peoples underwear hanging on it. It was not at all what we expected. So we got our luggage and left and asked for a refund. The owner was very sarcastic and refused saying we didn’t have a good enough reason for cancelling and we hadn’t even seen the room. This is true. However we saw enough to know we didn’t feel safe in this place, or outside, so we booked a hotel for a few pounds more which was absolutely lovely.

Could have had access to more pillows

Location was ideal, few minutes walk from all the sights, 20 minute trot to / from the railway station. Nice, clean, comfortable apartment with an excellent shower, Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, plenty of restaurants  nearby to get an evening meal. Communication was extremely good as well, thank you Valentina. All in all a lovely place to stay.

The B&B is located close to the railway station (20 min walk) and to the city center. On the street you can find nice restaurants. The room is fully equipped, modern and stylish. The host is friendly and very communicative. All recommendations.

Nice to have additional seating area separate from the bedroom. Breakfast provided the day before and was enough to satisfy us. Was great to have the coffee frother to make cappuccino.

It was the best B&B we have stayed in Italy. The decor is marvellous, with a romantic and rich breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, with all the required facilities - air con, hair dryer, coffee machine etc. Great location, between central station and city centre. Highly recommended.
