Great location, really clean apartment and super easy to access. Very straightforward and host very friendly.

Very minor inconvenience but the sofa bed was very loud and slightly uncomfortable, it dips on the middle so you keep rolling in to it 🙈

The apartment was in a great spot, very close to anything and a lively neighborhood .The supermarket is literally beside the doorstep of the main entrance of the apartment.

Although the apartment was big it wasn't comfortable enough for 3 people. The bathroom is on suite, therefore it was difficult for the third person to use the bathroom when the couple was in the room. In addition, the owner has left us some things for the first day to use but again what they have left wasn't enough for the use of 3 people, such us only one small hand wash in the bathroom and a very small amount of wash for the plates.. We had to use the dishwasher for only 3 plates and 3 cups of coffee. We also had issues with the water when we were bathing in the bathroom as the waters were always outside. We had to request for more towels as we had used ours to prevent water come out of the bathroom.

La ubicación cerca de todo. El dormitorio separado, aunque no se podía dormir en él porque el colchón era horroroso y te te clavaba en la espalda. Me gustó que tuviese mucho espacio, aunque la decoración era muy mejorable.

El colchón era horrible. Al final tuve que dormir en el sofá-cama porque se me clavaban todos los muelles del colchón del dormitorio. El viernes por la noche, ya instalada en el sofá-cama, no pude dormir hasta más tarde de las 3 de la mañana porque había una música de bar o discoteca que no paraba.

A localização é ótima e o quarto também. Limpo, grande e tudo muito organizado. Voltaria com certeza. Além de tudo super moderno.

La ubicación perfecta, a 5-10 minutos de la plaza central de la ciudad, simplemente atravesar la avenida central Ugo Bassi. Las instalaciones super acogedoras aun siendo un piso pequeñito y todo funcionaba perfectamente. Además me gustaría resaltar el trato de los huéspedes, tanto para dar las instrucciones como para cualquier duda a lo largo de los días. Fueron respuestas inmediatas para todo tipo de cuestiones. Si te cuadra dentro de tu presupuesto, recomiendo encarecidamente decantarse por este alojamiento!

Very good location, short walking distance from anything in Bologna. The apartment is clean. Of course if you go by car make sure you do a bit of research on the parking because there are no parking spaces on the street, plus you need to apply (online) for a permit to drive in the city center.

Apart from the absence of parking spaces, which I knew already, nothing major really, and only relevant if one stays for a long time. Subjective opinion: the curtains are a bit hard to slide, and the color choice for the apartment is a bit dark for a city that is not the capital of sunshine.

It was clean, very central. The communication with the host was smooth and easy.

The heating is for the kitchen but there is no heating in the bedroom. Additional city tax was requested even not described on booking.com

Alles was schoon en netjes. Er was een koffiezetapparaat en een strijk ijzer. Er stonden flesjes water in de koelkast.

De slaapbank was erg zacht.

Excellent communication from the host. A very helpful and nice guy. The location was also ideal in the heart of Bologna with a view of the Asinelli Tower and a 2min walk from the famous Mercato delle Erbe. The apartment was absolutely fine for a family holiday to stay for a few days.

Very nicely decorated and furnished. The location is wonderful for a walk around the city, very close to the main piazza and sites. The details sent to me for accessing the apartment were excellent and very helpful, with photographs and instructions. I had everything I needed.

We stayed here for 4 nights during the heatwave! Our apartment was on the 5th Floor and was incredibly quiet. Instructions for finding the apartment and keys etc were superb and we were also given some great recommendations for restaurants when we arrived! Air conditioning worked very well and kept us cool! Fabulous Pasticceria opposite for breakfast items and a supermarket right underneath! We loved Bologna! Can thoroughly recommend!

The shower was a little complicated with water leaking through as there is no shower door.

The apartment is very close to the city center, everything is in a walking distance.

The location was excellent we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit, there was a great coffee shop across the road for breakfast and close to plenty of other restaurants

No breakfast. Expected a lot more, no milk, tea, oil or salt for cooking. only enough toiletries for first night of a 5 day booking only 2 bottles of water. The TV only had Italian chanels, not even a news chanel in English. Looked for a map to find our way around but none provided. There were lovely places to eat and shop nearby but we only found some on our last day -would have loved a page of where to eat, the location of the nearest supermarket and other things to do.
