Excellent breakfast and room

Spendid location; walking distance main train station / airport and shopping centre. Competent, efficient and friendly staff. English no issue. Good breakfast.

The sheets had a slight mildew smell to them - which was also apparent in the ater supply.

Courteous staff

The difficulty in reaching the railway station. Its very close but there are no escalators to climb the bridge etc. So its difficult to carry luggage . And there is no shuttle service too

Расположение. До выставочного центра 25 минут бодрым шагом. До вокзала можно добежать за 10 мин.

В первом номере оказался заляпанный пятнами ковролин. Было трудно не обращать на эти повсеместные грязные кляксы внимания. По просьбе обменять номер сказали, что такой во всех номерах. Предложили номер на 7-м этаже, в крыле после ремонта. Ковролин чистый, но номер был функцией совмещения двух номеров т.е. с дверью в соседний (закрытой, разумеется). Честно предупредили, что может быть шумно, но не сказали насколько. Это не шум, это полное отсутствие любой звукоизоляции. Слышно все. Даже звук застегивающейся молнии на чемодане. Тайной не является ничего, даже поход, простите в туалет. За две недели сменилось 4 гостя. Одни кричали и слушали Тикток на полную, другие курили и т.д. Более кошмарного проживания мне трудно припомнить. Дважды просил поменять номер, но безуспешно. Уборка наспех. Один раз забыл телефон, вернулся через 10 мин. а номер уже "убрали". За день до отъезда начали ремонт в каком-то из соседних номеров. Жутко пахло краской. Темная ванная, брился с маленьким зеркальцем у окна. Нет никаких привычных мелочей - халатов, ватных палочек и пр. Очень жалею, что выбрал этот отель.

Restaurant facilities limited. I was a late arrival around 10pm. Cafe bar closed!

The breakfasts were incredible and catered for any preference. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The beds and bedding were amazing and made the stay that much more decadent. The location of the hotel is very convenient as the railway is not far and we were even able to comfortably walk to the conference center.

We did have dinner in the restaurant on two evenings and I found the service disappointing in the evenings and the dinners themselves were not the best. We had the option of ordering off the Chinese cuisine menu or the Western cuisine menu. We ordered food from both but I was underwhelmed by food itself.
