We really enjoyed the privacy and our own space after spending the first part of our holiday in hotels. The staff are super friendly and the villas are clean, well maintained and nicely designed for the price you pay for a more budget villa. We particularly enjoyed cooling off in the splash pool and chilling out in the outdoor area. There is a good selection of tasty food at reasonable prices from their restaurant/room service menu. It was the first time we have stayed at this villa and will definitely return next trip.

Some nights it felt a little warm because the air-con did not flow over the bed because of where air-con is on wall, but I can live with that. Other than that, there is quite a few mosquitoes at certain times of the day so make sure you have some mozzie coils set up around the place and put on repellent.

Very good location of the property and near to good restaurants, the staff was really amazing and very friendly. Just walking distance to Starbucks, KFC and Al Jazeera. The owners need to make some investment in renovating the place as it is a very old property with old rooms and bathrooms.

So we took 2 bedroom villa with pool. The condition of private pool was very bad, not properly cleaned or maintained. It was burning my eyes with too much chlorine or some chemical in the water. I couldn't go in the pool for more than 10 minutes. Very old property, issues with bed comfort, pillows.

The staff were lovely and attentive

When we checked in our pool had a human poo in it. Need a solution to stop the bats, if that’s possible. Understand if that’s not possible but just a thought, as they make quite a mess of a night time. And need to warn about the mosquitoes as they are really bad around the kitchen/pool area.

Place looked nice, good location.

Towels were unclean and still smelled like chlorine from previous guests. Sink had noodles still in from previous guests. pillows were uncomfortable -way too dense & large.

The staff were lovely & friendly, we liked the size of the villa, the restaurant at the front was good.

The room was never cleaned properly, the water for showers was a constant problem, supplies were never restocked with us having to ask constantly for water, sugar & toilet paper. We ran out of hand wash, soap & attention to detail waa not there at all! We had to ask for the pool to be cleaned. The villa waa very old & run down & needed attention. The air conditioner waa very old & not up to standard & staff constantly turned it off while cleaning the room so we would come home after a long day to a hot room!

Great place for a couple or a single. Safe and quiet. Large spaces to enjoy sleeping, eating and swimming. The shower pressure was not great, but there was a leak in the pipework and they were rectifying it when I checked out. the staff were great and when the water was turned off for my last day, they allowed me to use another Villa to bathe prior to the flight home.

The pool did require some chemicals & a proper clean.

the shower head and water pressure was terrible. We mentioned it to the person at reception and she said it will be fixed, not fixed. the kitchen utensils were on the low side. the chopping board needs to be replaced and the jug takes forever to get to the boil.
