La piscine avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. L'authenticité de la chambre. Le personnel est très accueillant et parle très bien Anglais.

La douche n'avait pas de pression. Le pare douche n'était pas lavé (traces marrons). Après le passage des femmes de ménage dans notre chambre nous sommes rentrés le deuxième jour et nous n'avions plus de serviette. Les matelas sont extrêmement durs. Chambre avec du vis-à-vis.

Arrangement of excursions were a nightmare Ended up not doing anything and just spending time at the pool

Lobby closed at night. Couldn't find my key. Breakfast was very dull. Would not return although they were nice.

Maybe because low season seemed not totally prepared for.guests maybe renovation?

The villas are too close to each other

The hotel rooms are nice and well kept. The bathroom seemed a little newer than the rest. Staff was really nice and we can recommend the restaurant rather than the breakfast buffet. Unfortunatelly, the sea level differed between day and night a lot and during the daytime, there was no sea at the hotel. Also, be aware that the airplanes fly directly over the hotel, so it can be load from time to time.

Sink and bath was blocked but not a big deal since only there one night. Bed was too firm.

The only thing that let this hotel down was a very hard bed.

It is really nice and quite place. With lovely staffs, always there to help. Staffs, very attentive. Excellent service. I loved the place. ☺️

Very clean, amazing helpful and friendly staff - rooms were lovely and always clean. The pool was a very welcome bonus for the kids when the weather got extremely hot.

A little further away than we anticipated from the nightlife - but that isn’t a complaint, more a fault on our part

Pool was amazing.

Room was in poor condition. Lots of obvious water damage. Room had been flooded. Was musty smell and then we had a leak from room above. And room had a cockroach!

Our room was huge and very comfortable. Shower was wide and clean. Beds were amazing and comfortable. A perfect room!

I wish we would have stayed longer!

The staff were so friendly and always helpful.

Not a lot of food choice

Beautifull hotel with very helpfull staff. Our villa was big enough, clean. We asked to check in early and it was no problem to do that. We asked early breakfast before leaving hotell and they preapered them.

one of the receptionist didn’t speak good english at all, and it was sufficient to communicate

Most beautiful resort on Ko Samui! We enjoyed every minute here...the pool area and the stuff is amazing.

The only thing we did not enjoy were the beds, they are really hard...

A beautiful property owned by a beautiful family while staffed with beautiful people in a beautiful country. We stayed in the waterfront “cabin,” which found very comfortable.

The breakfast options are limited.
