Bed corners unhygienic and room too cramped

Location was convenient. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was bad. Room Service was limited at night. Mosquitos in the room.

1st room allocated was full of mosquito. on floor of room full of hair[not clean] next room given was having no window and monsoon type smell.

Room was bit small but good and affordable

It's very near the metro station (5 minutes walk), shops nearby, safe and rather clean, non-expensive. 20 minutes walk from the airport

The first thing I saw in the room was a cockroach, though I exterminated it and didn't see them anymore. One morning (7 am) the electricity disappeared and appeared only after 7 pm. No windows

Location is good.. Lots of Restrobars nearby and very close to the Airport..

Cleanliness was relatively poor. Worst part is there is no windows for natural light to enter, in most of the rooms..

Reception staff were not professional and welcoming, they gave us room in between front desk and restaurant, it was loud people were shouting, talking, did not get a proper night sleep, the air condition in room was dripping water, which got the floor and bed side table wet, we notified the staff, howver a technician came to check but failed to get it fixed. The Exhust switch in bathroom was loud and connected with the light switch, the bed had baby cockroaches, there was no dim light and room lights were bright as a jewellery showroom, Room was not worth 4k. I got better options in the same price range.

I thought a lot to find one thing which I liked during my stay, but i couldn't find any. NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Spend you time sitting at the airport or the Railway station, but do not go here.

A very bad experience. Rooms are tiny and completely different from what is shown on Booking.com. We booked for three adults and it was so congested. The bathroom has NO place to stand and take a shower, NO hot water. The appliances like kettle and others in the room don't work. No soap, towel or other toiletries were provided. Such pathetic service. DO NOT STAY HERE. After seeing all this couldn't gather the courage to try their food.

Experience Was Just More than The best, Good food, Well disciplined staffs. Very nice hospitality taste of food very delicious hospitality up to the mark. plan to stay here during my next Vacation. Would love to visit again.

Rooms are super excellent, comfort is awesome. It's best hotel for family...a international hotel with best in class facility and location. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. Well maintained and good service. I had a great experience during my stay there.
