I liked everything, about Cara Cara Inn from the location, the friendly staff, the well-organised rooms and the pool.

The staffs were friendly

I booked the accommodation based on the review of others, especially on the cleanliness which were rated at 8.6 at the time. For a "transit" kind of purpose i managed my expectation by not expecting anything but the cleanliness. and 8.6 of rating is more than enough for me. unfortunately the only thing i feel deserved to be rated 8.6 is just the bed. the rest should be rated below 7. The reception desk, the lobby, the alley to the room, the floor of the room, should be rated below 6. the bathroom, although is not filthy, but it's not well designed and maintained. The room is also had a moist smell This is very unfortunate, as the location and the price is reasonable. even the reception don't have any pen that works for me to sign the check in document so i have to lend them :) I think this is a very typical local mid low hotel problem. It's not a facilities issue, it's more of a maintenance issue.

I liked that it’s extremely safe and clean towels are provided everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The room lives up to expectations as well and it is definitely value for money. The staff also folds your bed everyday neatly. all the belongings were safe and nothing got stolen.

The staff were so so so great. Very helpful, helped us with with our laundry every time we needed. The place itself was very quiet, which I liked. Whenever we used to pool we had it to ourselves (we went early May). Kuta is built for tourists but since covid has become far less busy which we loved. Rooms were clean and comfy, lots of space. Extremely close to lots of restaurants and beach.

No food/bar available. Not a massive thing as loads of places to eat nearby. Not that it was an issue for us, but if you want to make friends I wouldn't recommend here.

The staff is very helpful, they give us a little surprise for my sister’s birthday. The place is quite and the room is very clean. Recommended!!
