The interior of the unit was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. The beach across the street was lovely. There was onsite parking and good security.

We booked this property for its lovely infinity swimming pool however we were not able to use it during our entire stay as it was closed for maintenance. Although we received several correspondence from the host prior to our arrival, they did not mention anything regarding the pool's closure, nor was it mentioned when we met the host for check in. Without the use of the pool there was very little to do, especially for young children. We mentioned our disappointment to the host regarding the pool and were given a 20% refund on the booking price. We would have appreciated a greater refund, as we would not have proceeded with the reservation should we have known that the pool would not be open. Having access to a swimming pool was extremely important to us, especially for our young son. Additionally, we found the cleaning fee of 110 euro to be very excessive as the unit was only cleaned upon our departure, there was no house keeping / cleaning during our stay. The unit that we were allocated was on the ground floor, with a sea view however only from the terrace. ** To add, I am not certain why there is a response to my review from the host including our private email correspondence. We are sorry to hear that there was a storm prior to our arrival, however during our stay the weather was lovely, hence the reason we wished to use the pool facilities. Our concern is simply that we should have been advised prior to our arrival that the pool was closed as we could have made alternative arrangements. We have no issue with Booking.com and their compensation table. We have used Booking.com on several occasions which were very positive, and we will continue to do so. We accepted the offer of the 20% refund, this is an honest review based on our experience. We feel that 934.00 euro less the 20% refund, totalling 748.00 euro for an apartment with no swimming pool is overpriced.

Great floorplan of the appartment which offers everything you need for a summerish stay. Great terrace with sea view, very comfortable beds and sofa, quality furniture and equiped for a proper home-away-from-home stay. Wi-Fi is good as well. The whole building and apt is very clean. Spacious garage with big parking spots, so your car is kept safe. Beach is a stroll away and within the complex you have outdoor fitness, kids playground, pool, a court for multiple sports and sunbeds. You will not find anything missing here, beautiful Alicante is mere 10min away on a beautiful road next to the sea, whilst you have all the infrastructure in town already.

Loved everything about it.

It was an amazing apartment with the sea view and right at the beach. We loved it. Well equipped and modern. Facilities were great, had a pool and tennis court, underground parking, lovely area for kids to play. Really enjoyed the stay.

The mattress in a master bedroom needs to be updated, it's a bit outdated and cheap, so was not comfortable. It gave us sore back.

It was really close to the beach.

The parking garage was really tight but that is typical Spain, the problem was that during our 2 week stay at 2 times when we been away on a trip with the car, the staff had given our parking spot to someone else even though we had our bicycles parked in the parking spot and therefore when we arrived back in the evening we had no place to park our car and we received some help from the renters but the second time they just shrugged their shoulders and didn't help us. Really frustrating 😕. The cleaning of the apartment was really poor and a lot of the kitchen crockery was still dirty. The kitchen crockery missed bowls, it was only 2 wine glasses and it felt incomplete. The coffee machine was a Phillips sensation and they left 2 coffee capsules for a nespresso machine and Phillips have completely different kinds of capsules. It worked really poorly as well 😪. I'm sorry to say this but it's not worth the money, for the price we payed I expected something better.

Location was very convenient. The beach was short distance. A couple of stores and restaurants around.

We arrived late, very late, and the hosts were fabulous on assisting us.

Honestly, nothing could have been better. It exceeded expectations on all levels.
