I liked the room in general and the location, if you travel for business around the Expo area the location is perfect. the room is bright and clean. and there's everything you need like bathroom things), a hair dryer, towels and a washing machine and a nice kitchen which I didn't use, but it's a good option

the staff is very disappointed, sleepy young guys who are always away and don't pick up the phone. we have early check-in and it was a problem, though the hotel has confirmed early check-in Booking confirmation and messaging box. the breakfast starts at 9:00 which is late if you travel for work as we did, the staff wasn't even trying to put any effort on breakfast issues. absolutely not client-oriented. we had our breakfast on the way in our of the cute coffee shop next to Mega.
