I stayed in the hotel #10 in map. We called reception to fixed our heater in the room because its too warm for us but it took them an hour to arrive (we left the room instead and went for dinner). My friend requested for one more set of towels because we were only provided with one set of towel for 2 adults but it never came. Seems, they dont have enough staffs to guide you in your room upon check in. Also, you would have to carry all your baggages to your room as no one will assist you even if its near the reception. Windows on room#101-106 are all see through from outside.

We love coming to this place in all seasons. Location, view, facilities are very good. The best is the kids center Ugusha. It is really helpful for parents like us, after a half-day activities like hiking, skiing, horse riding kids can be left in this center for another half of the day and we can continue without them while they are having fun and being safe. Thanks a lot!

Food in the restaurants are not that good, local electric cars transfer could be more functional, now its one shuttle per hour

A truly amazing retreat in the heart of Kazakhstan's nature, Oi-Qaragai is a haven of trees, snow, and tranquility. It's a rare place in the region, offering a perfect escape into nature. We've visited multiple times, always relishing the fresh air and serene environment. The food here is delightful, with a variety of dining options, though be aware that lunchtimes can be quite crowded. The ski slopes cater to all skill levels, and renting equipment is hassle-free and convenient. Whether you're an avid skier or simply seeking a peaceful getaway, it is highly recommended for its unmatched natural beauty and good amenities.

During our last stay (16-17 December 2023), we booked through their app and got extra beds for kids free, unlike on Booking where there's an extra charge. However, their own app struggles with international card payments and is slow. A significant issue during our first stay: the lift chairs closed 7 minutes earlier than closing time at 23:00, leaving me stranded on the mountain's far side, with unhelpful and rude staff. I have video evidence of this. For our current stay, we were given two single beds instead of a double, and we couldn't choose our house during booking, ending up in the farthest one. Additionally, my partner was denied to work at one table while having a tea/coffee in the less crowded afternoon hours on 20 January, and a window table request was initially refused with misleading reasons (that it is for big gatherings not for groups of 3-4 people), although later granted (after we requested to write a complaint). This happened at Italian & Georgian restaurants. Suggestions for improvement: Enable international card payments on the app, allow choice of houses during booking, train staff for better customer service, consider discounts for guests on-site amenities, and adhere strictly to operational hours. Despite these issues, the place's unique nature and mostly friendly staff make it a good family destination. We hope to see improvements on our return.

We like the ambiance, very cozy and super relaxing, the view outside the treehouse is so breath taking we love it!

Nothing we do not like. There is no lift going to the treehouse, it is better to bring little bag, we brought little trolley bag, but it has no problem to carry it on the stairs going to treehouse.

Service and the staff was bad . Imagine we need to climb almost 200 steps with our heavy luggage’s and this was not even informed us before hand . The bell boy who was sent to help us to carry luggage was happily watching insta and watching us carry our heavy suitcases ( my 6year old was carrying luggage)We definitely did not expect this kinda service after paying so much . I will definitely not recommend this resort to any of my crowd
