Great location, The lounge with the fire was great , as well as the outdoor shower and spa was cool.
We probably should have read the description better- We didn’t realise that the 3rd bedroom was outside!
Wasn’t a problem for us but we may have chosen somewhere else if we were aware of this.

Excellent location. Quiet but close to Oneroa shops. Excellent internal layout with separate areas to retreat and communal areas to get togther. Outdoor area was well designed. Well appointed kitchen.
Bed in master bedroom was slightly lumpy but was able to sleep well on the second night.

Accommodation was sparkling clean, beautifully set up and had everything we needed. Perfectly located a quick walk from oneroa. Richard and Sharonagh were very helpful and great to deal with.

Perfect house for our family to stay and attend wedding, spacious, comfortable, beautiful garden to sit around, spa, close to town, self checkin , didn't see owner or manager
There is a bit of a smell in some corner of the garden, maybe septic?

Hair dryer did not work. Property has a spa pool but no extra towels were supplied for this. Not enough towels were supplied

Beautiful home in a great location. Has all the amenities you could want or need.
The water stopped working on our first night. We did phone the manager who came to fix it but it promptly stopped working again. luckily we were able to fix it ourselves and it was fine for the rest of our stay.
No tea towels anywhere to be found, made cleaning up the kitchen difficult.

Loved the location, and property. Perfect place for a large group to relax, and enjoy Waiheke Island. The host is incredible as well, so accommodating.

The cleanliness, atmosphere & decor, outside area and all that you require.
We felt that a small bottle of milk should have been available on arrival. The duvets were great but so hot for this time of year but nothing else to replace them like a light blanket.
We were unable to get the tv going and no clear directions could be found.
