Localisation idéale, un peu en dehors de la ville mais très rapide d’accès. Donc au calme sans être loin. Piscine, jardin et petit bar très agréables. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié et local. Personnel serviable, même si la communication est difficile.

Chambre donnant sur le bar, donc dépendante du calme des autres voyageurs. Lits séparés, pas idéal quand on voyage en couple. Sanitaires corrects, mais sans plus.

La literie pourrait être améliorée . La gestion des réservations semble assez aléatoire ( même si elle n'a pas posé de problème dans notre cas )

Jolie maison avec piscine dans un écrin de verdure à 5 minutes du village de Ribeira Grande. Une partie de l'équipe sympathique.

Très mauvais accueil à notre arrivée la dame n'était pas contente de nous voir et elle était énervée car elle n'avait pas notre réservation nous n'avions qu'une envie repartir aussitot mais le patron est arrivé et à finalement trouvé une autre chambre à nous donner. Le lit n'était pas bon, un échantillon de gel douche et shampoing pour 2 personnes pour 4 nuits, dans le placard 3 cintres très fatigués dont un cassé, le petit déjeuner était varié mais au bout de 3 jours le jambon dans le tuperwear était le même avec les bords tout noircis et durcis à force d'être resté dehors en pleine chaleur..J'avais laissé les serviettes de bain par terre sur le tapis de bain pour qu'elles soient lavées et elles on été remises sur les portes serviettes.

bad wifi....did not have warm water the first night. Construction on the pool...it was loud during day time. We got a 15 % discount which is absolutely ok. They told us about the construction one day prior to our arrival. It is not a hotel...it is a bed and breakfast. You eirher like it or not.

the hotel is beautiful, specially the garden, it is really amazing and well kept. The breakfast was very good, they had a huge variety of things avail. In the room they give you two free bottles of water. the shower is shared but it is cleaned well. they have a laundry service avail. there is a clim in the room.

they dont have any touristic info about the island avail.

Nice garden. 3 walking minutes into town. Buffet style breakfast. Great and impressive location.

The chained up dog at the entrance, a sore sight for animal lovers. Barking dogs at night. The lower rooms are adjacent to the local appartment, so it can be noisy. Hard mattress. Because we booked late, we paid EUR 80/per night. I guess for good value you should not pay more than EUR 50/per night. They do NOT accept credit cards for payment so we had to withdrew cash from the bank machine with very high fees. Friendly staff only speaks Portuguese or Criollo, si communication ratherdifficult.

The facilities

The breakfast could be better. It was mainly sweet stuff without much variety. Something more self made would be great.

The communal pool area was very nice and set in mature gardens with views of the mountains.

The bed was rock hard, absolutely solid. The breakfast was poor, certain foods were hard. Breakfast was put out at 7 and left out with flies until 10.

Beautiful house with garden and pool in 10min. walking distance from the center of Ribeira Grande. Hot shower, nice breakfast, helpful staff. Recommended!

The check-in hours and phone contact was not up to date in the Booking profile managed by the owner so the staff did not get my messages about my late arrival.

Super friendly staff, which made our stay very pleasent. The view from the pool is amazing. Totally recommend this place if you're staying in Ribeira Grande.

The swiming pool was nice. Our laundry was perfectly done here. And air-conditioning when it is hot is also a treat.

The beds are really hard. You can feel the springs of the matras. Afterwards we are looking forward to softer beds once again.
