We had an excellent stay at Playa San Juan thanks to our hosts who were amazingly welcoming and thoughtful, and attentive to all our requests. The apartment is in the best location and perfect for short or long stays. Highly recommended.

Positive Location - close to sea and shops/supermarket Negative Owner didn’t provide accurate details of address. Difficult to check in as a result. 16.30 checkin inconvenient. Owner failed to respond to messages/calls. Whole checkin process therefore stressful. Window and balcony door locks broken, so no security. Air conditioning unit in living room has been leaking. Potential hazard. Fans in bedrooms (or the controllers)don’t work. Saucepans burned, so not possible to cook properly. Limited glassware - no water jug, wine glasses, limited number of glasses (for a six person flat). Not worth the money. En-suite shower leaks into the bedroom.

The location is very good, right next to the beach but reasonably quiet. But the address on Booking was wrong!

Everything.Location excellent, literally 2 mins from beach lovely apartment, spotlessly clean. Absolutely everything you need, very well equipped, very spacious, light and airy, air con a blessing and peaceful area.

Nothing it was perfect.

it’s great for everything. Location , facilities etc Very quiet at night too , despite being surrounded by restaurants ,bars etc Nelson was very helpful at telling us about restaurants and supermarkets. We especially loved Mayoral restaurant on the seafront just around the corner from the apartment. Also we had a late check in and our plane was a bit delayed but Nelson was at the property awaiting our arrival and great directions etc to the property.

Only thing to be aware if you have young children . The floors when wet are super slippery . Also the balcony is lovely but I’m not sure suitable for very young children unsupervised anyway .
