Absolutely everything is excellent, including the staff who was always taking care if we were being well treated. Room is amazing, restaurant is really good, we loved everything.

Unfortunately, pool floor was closed… I believe it should be open all year since it was sunny and reasonably warm (20-22°C) AC is central, so you cannot choose between hot or cold. Since other guests requested, they chose to leave it on the heater and not on the cooling function. They do not have fans to offer as well - we had to sleep with the window open and the street is quite noisy

Beautiful clean hotel a short walk from the shops, attractions etc.

Das Frühstück war super, die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Hotel verfügt Tiefgaragenparkplätze.

Am Abend ist es etwas lauter, denn man hört die Stimmen von draussen.

Trångt, smal och hård säng. Trist utsikt - mot en ful fastighet 4 m från fönstret.

Spacious and nicely designed common areas and rooms. Very comfy beds. Nice staff.

There is restaurant that is not much separated from the hotel that is kind of weird as people are eating in the lobby… Kettle and basic hot beverages set in the room would be nice taking it is 4* hotel.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super nah an der Stadt und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt dort und würden dieses Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen.

The entrance of the hotel was good and so was the decor of the hall.

Not easy to find hotel and the parking was only available for tiny cars as the hotel had a small lift. Had to drive miles aways to find parking to keep the car overnight £25. I booked a superior room with breakfast and was given standard room without breakfast. The bathroom was old. There were no bathrobes, nor hairdryer and no complimentary tea or coffee. Impossible to call reception from the room as the receptionist just kept putting the phone down on me when I said “hello”…I gave up in the end.

Great hotel, fantastic location, lovely staff

Disappointed to be charged a full days rate to extend our room stay for only a few hours. Should be somewhere for guests to shower/change after checking out when you have a later flight.

Maybe the pool could open before 11am considering it’s so hot in the city. This way we could enjoy the sun before it got too hot.

The rooftop pool was fantastic. It would be improved by providing more shade.

The suite was absolutely beautiful! We loved it from start to end. I saw the hotel during my first trip in Sevilla so it was really a great choice to choose it for my second trip. Really happy here. The pool and the tranquility (in the hotel and in the neighborhood) is also pretty enjoyable. And I think the location is great if you’re looking to more local places.

I think there’s room for improvement on breakfast regarding availability. We arrived at the buffet around 9 and few things were left - tasted really good though.

The hotel is in great location — close to the lively night life of Macarena but an easy 20 mins walk to the key sites such as Real Alcazar and the Cathedral. The rooms are modern and perfectly adequate with nice showers. The rooftop pool was a bonus - small but very refreshing. The staff were so friendly and helpful! I would particularly single out Christina who gave us a brilliant ‘what to do’ chat - and sent us out with a personalised map and recommendations of an out-of-the-way, but brilliant nearby tapas bar, that we would never have discovered otherwise!

Super comfy bed, really helpful staff and so close from the city center. Loved the pool too! Highly recommend it.

Yu have to book in the restaurant in advance if you plan to have lunch or dinner there as it's quite popular among the locals.
