it was ideally situated for us, the whole property was spotless. Really lovely breakfast, the host was really lovely and helpful.

the only negative was it’s a shared bathroom but it wasn’t really a problem.

The Breakfast was lovely and a nice choice of quality produce .It was easy to find with ample parking the host was lovely.

The only thing it lacked would have been nice to have a on suite but with this place would be hard to put in all the rooms

The host was exceptionally friendly and did everything to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. Would recommend The Rag House to anybody and should I have to go to Malvern I will book it again.

The owners were so lovely and very helpful. The property is gorgeous and I felt very safe there as I was travelling alone. Cleanliness is paramount and the bedroom lovely, although I shared the bathroom with one other, it was no problem. The shower is great. The breakfast table had fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and a full english with toast, tea or coffee. Exceptional all round and I will stay there again.

The Rag House was a perfect place for us. Sue was very friendly and our stay was very comfortable.

We had a shared bathroom with one other room, which we knew upon booking. The en-suite room was already booked, but we would have preferred an en-suite.

From the moment we arrived we were made welcome. We didnt miss not having a tv in our room, in fact it was a pleasant change. We had access to a cosy lounge where you could watch tv if you wanted or simply relax. We arrived in good weather and even in April sat out in the lovely garden till 7.30. The breakfast was delicious set in the delightful dining room. Sue and Paul were perfect hosts. A perfect stay. Thank you

Beds too soft for me. Not a big issue on a short stay though.

The breakfast was excellent and the service was very friendly too. Our host, Sue went out of her way to recommend places that we could go for a good evening meal.

The only slight problem was that due to the very cold weather the bedroom was a little cold when we first arrived, it did continue to warm up during the evening and overnight.
