Great pressure in the shower, clean room and comfy bed.

People talking and footsteps early hours of the morning as it was a Saturday night. Corridor light was very bright.

We were robbed while checking in to the hotel. Both my purse and phone were stolen off the bar area. You check in at the bar of the gambling area which put us off when we walked in as this is not stipulated in the advert. The hotel should have their own check in area. When the theft happened we could see my phone moving on find my iPhone, we asked the staff to please just look after our things to see if we could get my phone back, they both looked at us with blank faces and didn’t offer to assist. There was no apology or any form or remorse to our first night in Adelaide. Out of concern there was no follow up or any form apology from them.

Impressed by the property. The shower space was excellent for disabled guests.

Needed extra cupboard space and bedside drawers for longer staying guests. The stairs were a bit hard to manage for disabled people. Had a great stay perhaps as there was no where to eat on site perhaps a light breakfast be included

The hotel room was actually very clean and very nice.

Had I known the accommodation was located above a casino, I would have booked elsewhere. We drove up and saw the poor state of the outside or the neighborhood. Then, when I was checking in, the receptionist took my credit card and kept doing something with it moving it under the counter. Counter. It made me very uncomfortable and I asked for my credit card back. He insisted that he needed it in case we damaged the room. No other hotel that I have booked through on booking.com has taken stored my credit card number. Every other place just relied on my credit card payment and the information booking.com has about me.

The staff are lovely and welcoming, it was our first time staying and weren't sure where we needed to be but they helped us. Our room was up a short flight of stairs, no elevator, the room was open with 3 beds and had a tv, wardrobe and desk to sit at. The air-conditioning was fabulous in our room, above the beds facing towards the centre of the room it really kept the room nice during the hot evening. Downstairs they have two arcade pinball machines and an air hockey table which we loved. Over all fantastic stay and will definitely be back if we are in the area.

I didn't particularly enjoy the fact that the windows don't crack, we enjoy fresh air to cancel out the hotel room smell, there was no microwave or cooking facilities in the rooms and the kitchen was closed which we read before arrival, otherwise fabulous

Its a place to stay, not for romance but awsome for night on the drinks, Uber Eats awsome with Uber transport and Buses into the CBD 👍👍👍 easy and convenient with pizza bar up the road open late or Early morning 🌅
