Die Ferienwohnung überzeugt insbesondere mit ihrer grandiosen Lage und den Terrassen. Jeden Abend haben wir den tollen Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf Teneriffa genossen. Ab und an war auch der Teide zu sehen, dazu die in der Bucht ankernden Schiffe. Terrasse und Aussicht sind definitiv top in der Casa de Sardina. Aber auch sonst erwartet einen eine sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz. Für ein Pärchen ideal, auch für längere Zeit. Sardina selbst hat eine tolle Strandpromenade, die geradezu zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Außerdem lässt sich von Sardina del Norte aus der Norden, Westen und die Mitte Gran Canarias gut mit dem Mietwagen erreichen. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und unkompliziert.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen, auf zwei Punkte möchten wir dennoch hinweisen. Zum Einen ist die Tür zum Bad eine Schiebetür aus Milchglas, welche nicht zu 100% blickdicht ist. Zum Anderen kann man zwar vor der Ferienwohnung parken, jedoch hakt ab und an die Zugangskarte an den Schranken zur Strandpromenade. Kurz warten hat bei uns das Problem meist gelöst.

Location and property fantastic. The property owner, Manuel, was attentive and checked occasionally to make sure all was to our liking

Great location and fantastically well appointed flat, everything you could ever need. The different terrace areas each had their own personality. The sunsets were amazing. Manuel was a very generous and welcoming host. We could cook inside , or on the barbecue on the upper terrace - or go to very good next door restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at La Casa de Sardina. With two big terraces, amazing ocean views, beautiful sunsets and the beach just 50 metres away, it was exactly what we were looking for. It's a great place if you are looking for a house near the ocean and close to the beach away from all the touristy areas. Manuel is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The proximity of the ocean, the view of the ocean, two wonderful sunscreen terraces, a well-equipped kitchen, a wonderful bedroom and drawing room, its own parking lot.

We didn't like booking for two weeks, but we certainly wanted to stay longer! Next time, this property is reserved for this longer.
