Leider nichts

Zimmer ohne Zuschlag für Meerblick ( 30€/Tag) gebucht und seitlich Etage -2 mit Blick auf eine Steinwald und komplett im Schatten gewohnt. Was kann man auch für über 150€/Tag erwarten 🙈Zimmer extrem lieblos, kaputt, morsch, kein Terasse Tisch, kein Couchtisch. Wasserflaschen im Schrank geöffnet und bereits daraus getrunken.

les restaurants dans la ville sont peu nombreux et pas toujours ouverts. Ils sont un peu loin à pied de l'hotel

Locatie - prijs kwaliteit

Onophoudelijk geluid van de airco die niet kan af gezet worden. Op uit stand blijft deze dag en nacht door razen. Zelf wanneer je alle elektriciteit via de deur kaart uit zet blijft deze razen alsof je in een vliegtuig zit. Bij navraag op receptie blijkt dat dit systeem inderdaad niet kan uitgeschakeld worden . Echt zonde want voor de rest een zeer goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel…. Maar wij werden er knettergek van.

The location and the staff

I visited this hotel in July 2021 for a stay of 5 days. It was managed by the company CORDIAL CANARIAS HOTELS & RESORTS S.L. The experience was impeccable, far exceeding my expectations. This August 2023, I repeated a 5-day stay. It is now managed by Occidental Hoteles. The experience was worse. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant service and the breakfast buffet. No local products, no great variety, 5th range pastries, industrial bread, poor quality cold meats, lack of quality local fruit (mango, avocado...) and what was available was of little variety and poor quality. And a lot of menocalidad in food, including dinner service with frozen fish and pasta salad buffet. As for facilities, the jacuzzi was broken in the middle of high season, pool opening hours were limited... all in all a a pity.

The only exception Gema, the woman who attends the pool bar, is still the same charming service, attention and kindness as two years ago. And I would like to thank her personally for her professionalism.

The staff was simply exceptional, and so was the room, with direct access to the pool through an expectionally cozy garden. The seafood dinner was super as well!

We're really nitpicking, but the hotel parking is a bit tight and dinners were decent, but nothing exceptional (without counting the seafood one).
