We stayed one night in this hotel. Everything went really well, breakfast was big enough, view from the room was nice! I really liked the location, it was so close to the bus stop, restaurants and promenade along the ocean :)

When checking in nothing was explained to us. We did not know where pool was or if as guests we were entitled to use it or had to pay extra.

Lovely, helpful, hardworking staff. Great little spa and fab location by the harbour and beach but still quiet. Breakfast buffet better than I expected for the price.

The repeated high pitched and loud squealing each time we or nearby guests turned on a tap, flushed the loo or used the shower. Don't stay in room 202!

Indifferent staff both at check in and breakfast. On booking I was given to understand that the restaurant was open in the evening and wasn't told otherwise until I specifically asked. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. The breakfast area was chaotic and items, e.g. cereal bowls, were missing. When I managed to find a member of staff to ask I was completely ignored. The hotel has great potential but is in need of a complete refurbishment and staff training.

Very outdated hotel and rooms, restaurant open for breakfast only, terrible bf quality, short pool opening times (10-19).

Very close to the center of Puerto de las Nieves, but still quiet at night. Our room had a bath: nice extra! Spacious terrace.

Neither the room nor the common areas were clean. Water completely shut down for about an hour. Air-conditioning (and sockets) only works when you're in the room, so no keeping the room comfy while you're out. A/C makes a lot of noise! Patio furniture was not clean, but there were no cushions either. Use of swimming pool at €6 per person for 2 hours

Nice room with big balcony but no sea view. Beds very soft - I would get back problems if I need to sleep there more than 2 days. Good restaurants just 3min walk away.

fabulous room 209 , nicely designed building , great spa and pool in the basement , superior to the other upmarket hotel I stayed in the same town , which was 3 times the price! very good breakfast for the very reasonable price of the hotel .

Large room, quality of the hotel that you get for its price, location. Breakfast is average, but again, for its price it is fantastic. Recommended for a short stay!

Long check-in waiting time (some software issues but still, waiting 20 minutes to check in being the only person at the reception).
