I don't even think there is one good thing about this place. It was not cozy and not friendly at all !!

As soon as we walked in it was cold so we turned on the heater. We went for a quick shopping, when we came back the heater was off.... We asked him if he did something with it or maybe broke.. he answered that he turned it off on his app on his phone !!! We said to don't do that again as it is not okay !! He didn't even say sorry or anything ! We paid a lot of money to get there and he was choosing how we stay in ?!? There is only 1 little door separating our place and their house. Could hear everything from where we were. It was just not cozy and not intimate at all. There is no sink in the kitchen, so they come inside and take your plates and glasses..... you are not feeling secured and comfortable at all. And at the end when we had to leave the next day, we asked if it was possible to leave a bit later than 10 am. He asked money for it and then said but there are people coming after ?!?!.... seriously .... so we left and we didn't like anything about it, they didn't make us feel good.

The place was very clean and the furniture modern and comfortable. Breakfast was cereal with milk or toast with spreads. Passable but nothing special.

The bed was SO uncomfortable. Literally the worth night sleep I've ever had! I could hear every conversation, noise etc from next door. I was woken by their alarms and could hear every conversation as if they were in the same room. It made me extremely reluctant to make any noise or talk knowing they could hear me just as well.

This place is more than a home. So please and home confort

The location was superb. Safe neighbourhood. Parking available. The bed is super comfy. Great split system and large TV. Nice owner.

I was hoping for breakfast to save us some money and eat before we toured, but there was only 3 cereals, the milk in the fridge was open so we threw that away because it’s only good for 5 days after opening and not sure when it was opened. Also just some wheat bread. No fresh fruit either. I have stayed at heaps of bed and breakfasts around the world and this one was a bit disappointing. Also there were pics of welcome drinks and bottled water which we never got. We did arrive an hour early, but the next day would have been nice. I ended up going out and stocking the fridge.

1 cup of coffee used up all the cows milk, leaving just a carton of almond milk hence no acceptable milk to have with cereal

I didn't like the false Advertising saying it was Caversham home stay then when I arrived it was in Beechboro not very nice area.

My traveling companion thought the cereal was nice and fresh. I'm lactose and gluten intolerant, so I'm unable to comment and brought my own breakfast bar to eat.

The futon bed was far too uncomfortable for my liking. We requested a foldable bed for my companion, but in the end she ended up sleeping on the couch as that was more comfortable. Neither of us had much sleep.
