My family and I have been going down to the Gulf almost every year since 2017 and this rental is easily the best value. The location is within 15 minutes of most things we wanted to do in PCB, including a couple restaurants within walking distance. We made use of the pools, splash area, hot tub, and the beach chairs at the resort. The unit itself was clean, nicely decorated and had standard kitchenware for a rental. The deep soaking tub in the master bath was a nice perk. The only issue we had was an overzealous parking attendant who tried to ticket us on the last day. We accidentally hung our parking pass backwards, so he wasn't used to the format. He didn't see the check-in and check-out dates. When we pointed it out, he admitted he needed to go back and check the other people he ticketed that morning.

Relaxing vacation not much to do except beach and good food

Everything was perfect! We've been at splash before and love the double bunk in the 2nd bedroom of this condo. Love the warm water pool for our kiddos! One thing about the building in general is that you have to ask where "your" chairs are from the staff working the beach since there's designated spots by condo. Will stay again!

We have stayed at Splash many times. This is honestly the first condo that was as advertised. We will definitely be booking again. Overall, a great experience from booking until checkout.

The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The condo was just enough out of town where it wasn’t loud or busy but close enough to make a quick drive to eat or shop. Property manager was friendly and super quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay so much that we might come back next year!

Great location an elevator ride to beach and pools. Location has good access to attractions and shopping. The balconies accessing room are open windy and cold. This unit is in good shape. Kitchen is adequately equipped. ( corkscrew, cutting board, placemats, and Tupperware or equivalent would be helpful). Building itself is showing its age. One pool below East bldg is heated ( might add that to welcome info.) Wii will not read discs. Might want to remove it from listing or replace with a different unit. Owners are responsive.

This unit had everything we were looking for. Large balcony, ocean view from the master bedroom, modern appliances, washer and dryer, and located on the west end. A minor glitch in the keypad entry was resolved promptly by the Alexa’s. Overall excellent value. Checkin can be challenging, they don’t seem to have regularly set hours working the registration desk. I hope to stay here again.

The condo was modern and had nice upgrades in comparison to the ones our family members stayed in. The property owners answered promptly when I reached out about early check in. The check out process was supper simple. We really enjoyed all the amenities on the property as well. We will def be back.

We’ve been taking a family beach trip to Splash for a few years now but we’ve always stayed with other family, this year we decided to stay on our own. It was great. The condo was clean, very well kept and had everything we needed for the long weekend. Thank you for allowing us your condo, we would love to visit again.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo and Mrs. Judy. The condo was so clean and so spacious (I have never seen a rental have that large of a master suite!). The beds were comfortable. There is even an empty cabinet for use of guest food, which was so helpful to keep our counters empty. The Splash Resort was PERFECT for our 4-year-old and our 8-month-old was even able to splash around in the shallow parts. We loved everything about this vacation, and are so pleased with this find. Mrs. Judy always responded to me so quickly too. Wonderful experience and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful trip. I love this condo-from the view to the washer/dryer. The set up is perfect. Plenty of room, kitchen had everything you could need, tons of towels, hot water, literally everything was amazing. Elevators got bogged down, maybe twice.. but the majority of the time, we went straight up to the condo without any wait at all. Thank you so much and we look forward to our next vacation!

The location of this condo is so good!! It was just the right size for my family of eight. It has a great view of the ocean and the beach. Very short walk to the beach. Great place to stay with kids. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The actual unit was very nice. The resort areas were not as nice. Stinky elevators when they worked. Needs more elevators. When one was down it took over thirty minutes to get up to room. If you want front row chairs and umbrella, bring out the wallet. Stood in line for over 30 minutes because I was told by them, that was what I needed to do to get front row. They sold them all the night before, but did not give me that option. Disappointing.

Splash Resort is nice the condo was very nice but the resort is more for children.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay. The property and our room was very nice. We would highly recommend to others.

We stayed here with 3 little kids. The owners were very quick to respond to questions! Very clean and spacious, beautiful views off the balcony. The beach attendants were very nice and helpful. We had minimal issues with the elevator and liked how easy it was to get up to our room. Splash feels very secure and protected. It is a little bit off the main happening area so if you have a car, it's optimal for off Beach times. Pizza Hut does deliver right to the door! We enjoyed our stay here!

This was an absolute perfect location. Property was nicely maintained. Perfect for kids. Lots of TVs with a multitude of options. We only use the TV (Netflix) and wiiU. Beach was absolutely gorgeous and the heated pool was a definite bonus!! We were literally in the heated pool all day. You don’t even have to leave this property because it’s so nice. I absolutely loved having a washer and dryer. Looking at other properties along the coast line. I absolutely believe this is in the top five. Taking price into consideration, I’m guessing number one. Lots of other activities within a 10 mile radius. If something is 10 miles away it’s 20 minutes by car but definitely worth the drive. So much to do in Panama City. Definitely need multiple vacations to see it all.

We came down to PCB for our spring break and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The condo is just like the pictures, if not better. The view is amazing, location was perfect for us, and owners responded in a timely manner with any questions we had.

Fantastic condo!! Clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for making meals, and is EXACTLY as advertised! We will be booking again very soon! Owners were very prompt in replying to all questions.

My kids had a great time, which gave the parents a break, and got t enjoy there fun too.

Easy to rent loved the view and location.

Great place to stay especially if you have kids. Wish there was dishwasher soap, tissues and hand soap for the bathrooms, but overall it’s a great place. The coffee/donut shop was not open daily as advertised and there doesn’t seem to be an actual arcade. The beach service attendants were very pleasant.

Condo size was comfortable for 7 people. Beach access was great. One of the couch cushions was torn in the inside but not visible unless you used the pull out couch, which we did. Not bad but wish owners would indicate which floor rooms were on. We were on the 7th floor

The condo is in a great location, only on the 7th floor of the Splash Resort. A group of us 5 ladies celebrating my 6oth Birthday with a girls getaway. Great views of the beach and beautiful sunsets. Easy check in process with parking lot across the street with a walkover. We were glad they had carts to use to bring in your luggage and groceries. Shopping nearby is a plus. Basic's supplies in the condo, however we were surprised that the condo did not have at least salt & pepper in the unit. We had already done our grocery shopping and did not think we needed to buy salt & pepper. This was my 5th condo I have rented through VRBO and the first condo without Salt & Pepper or basic spices. We could not find any nearby, however a renter heard us asking about where to buy salt & pepper, and she had extra for which she kindly gave to us. I did reach out to owner, she was quick to respond that they do not supply s&p. We also requested about an extra blanket, dishwasher/washing machine soap so that we could run these one time, there were none in the unit as listed. Judy had a blanket and dishwasher soap dropped off that day. It could be that the cleaning crew was just finishing the unit as we arrived, sometime after 3 pm, and she missed these few small details. Recommend bring beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, storage bags or containers for refrigerator supplies, dish soap, hand soap, washing machine soap, especially if you are staying at least 5 days or more and of course kitchen spices, salt and pepper. The unit was clean and the decor very cute and beachy. The water pressure was great and hot, no problems at all, as I had read in previous comments there were issues with the water pressure. We loved that the unit came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella. You could see that Splash Resort does need to be upgraded in some areas, carpet, pool area, elevators. No issues with the elevators as we must have picked a perfect time to go as this was near the end of the summer season.

The condo was super clean and updated! Kids loved the splash pad and pools. Elevator waits were very brief. I Definitely recommend this place if you have young kids.

We love this condo! We just finished our second trip to PCB and stayed in this condo both times. It’s perfect for our family of 6. Great views and comfortable atmosphere. We can’t wait to plan our next trip!!

This spot is perfect! The view is amazing. You are right on the beach! Perfect for a family with kids! I will definitely be back! Not too far from all the other places to go and do things. Nice and quiet if your wanting to relax.

This condo was nice. Loved the large porch overlooking the gulf and the huge bathroom. I did not like the wait for elevators (15-20 minute waits) lots of kids who enjoy pushing every button making the waits irritating. We were on the 7th floor out of 21. The drains in the sinks and tubs were very slow to the point that taking a shower or brushing teeth meant waiting over an hour between each person using it. This property is at the very end of the strip so long drives to get to the fun stuff although we didn’t mind but our teenagers did. If you have small kids say 8 and under and don’t mind slow drains and taking stairs, this place is a good choice. The condo overall was nice.

This condo was amazing! We will definitely stay again! Owners were very responsive to messages and helpful.
