Big rooms, clean,great location close to vitosha, quiet enviorment

Nothing maters from all good things when you cant sleep well... the bes mattress was finisht and didnt hold our body, each morning we had back pain. We complained but they said it is not acceptable because no one eles complained befor... they put a cover on bed but it didnt help. Another thing to notice,in booking it is writen an aircondition in each room but the children rooms were not air conditioned!! We didnt get proper service from the owner and allso not from booking who left us with no coment

Great flat in the best location possible to stay in Sofia

Location is amazing. Everything is in easy reach. Apartment is very well proportioned, high quality and comfortable Couldnt have wanted more

Great location, very close to the center and still really quiet. Very nice parking place.

The double bed was really bad. It was really a mattress on top of two pieces of wood. One of them fell out of place in the middle of the night and we had to put it back together. Very uncomfortable to sleep.

Will be good to put more soap, toilet paper and teaspoons in kitchen.

great location. spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. a bath and a half and two bedrooms. two balconies. nice place with kids.

the dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before use.

The bedroom blackout curtains were not black out. The light came straight through the windows.

It was very clean and spacious, located in city centre with good transport links all around.

Noise from drunk neighbors from midnight till about 3am

Flat was really well and tastefully decorated to a high standard. All three bedrooms were well sized with two bathrooms and a further toilet. A really good find that exceeded expectations

Minor complaints: - Helpful to have more cutlery and some cleaning materials - Useful to have more cooking utensils and perhaps some ingredients

The location was perfect,very close to the downtown,very clean,big and comfortable apartment with very hospitable host,we faced some situations with which we received immediate help from the host.Next time in Sofiia we will book the same apartment.

The apartment was clean and large. 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 3 toilets and two showers. Great location, just couple of minuets walk to Vitosha street. Also the parking was excellent. (ordered before)

Probably the guests before us smoked in the apartment, it was smelly.

OMG! The price was worth it. perfect place for a group of friends or family on a budget The location is perfect! The facilities are complete. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a 2 veranda, receiving area and kitchen. There are 2 WC, one with bath and toilet and one with just toilet. Water pressure is good. Heating works well. Beds are ok. Staff are friendly. Cleanliness is 10/10.

You have to remember to call them 30 minutes before your arrival so that they can give you the keys. I forgot to call but they were very nice and assisted us in 10 minutes. I know it's my fault but they were too nice, so just remember to call them to avoid staying outside. The bathroom is little clogged during our stay in casablanca room, it's still manageble, it's just slow to drain. We just have no time to report it

Very luxury apartment looks great and very comfortable, heated and with anything you need in the kitchen. Great place in the center close to everything. Good parking space.

Location, Size, and look of the apartment was superb! 2 bathrooms for the cost is very impressive! Nice dishwasher and washing machine.

Only 2 coffee cups for a place that sleeps 4. Also, read the email carefully - must call a Bulgarian number 30 before arrival :(. No whats app option.

Everything was wonderful. Not a single negative point. Spacious flat, really clean, fully equipped, excellent wi-fi, heat, it is a perfect place to stay with your family. The two bathrooms are handy, and it is so centrally located but at the same time quiet, it is magnificent. The service was perfect too, the man who gave us the keys was polite and helpful. A cosy place to stay in central Sofia.

The apartment was great, very large and comfy. We were there in the winter and the heat was great. The location is really good, right near vitosha boulevard but in a quiet street. We had a great stay there.

The kitchen was great but they didn't had oil or salt so you should get it yourselves.

Superb apartment, great location, well equipped. Nice touches with bottle of wine and dishwasher/washing tablets and location card. Good communication with host.

The apartment was very beautiful, and I do not know from to start, whether it was from the cleanliness, the location of the apartment, or even the treatment of the staff. If I had the opportunity to book another time, I would not hesitate
