Central location and just a walking distance from the pedestrian area, restaurants and cafes. As we were there for work, it was also a walking distance from the place we worked at for a week and a half.

The breakfast was fine. However, for guests staying longer, there might have been some more choice instead of having all the same food for a week and a half.

Great location next to Central Park and few steps away from tram station, metro station and vitosha boulevard Mr. Nicolai was very helpful.

Well located just outside the city centre, which I liked, with easy access to the metro. The room was comfortable, well-equipped and clean, and had a good view over the city. The buffet breakfast was much better than anticipated with a wide range of items. The staff were excellent: helpful, accommodating and patient.

Nothing major. In an ideal world there would have been a TV channel in English but I enjoyed watching (briefly) the Bulgarian ones!

Stag was not helpful…room were not very clean. They don’t refill the free coffee and tea and there is no free bottle of water like most of the hotel on earth

the spacious room and the location

some of the stuff were not polite enough. we felt a bit not welcomed. also , for the price we payed we expected at least to have the body lotion full. the bottle was empty and the shampoo , body wash were very cheap. there was no foam.

Beautiful place near the Culture Palace (where we saw a great concert) and the Central Park. Easily reachable from the airport by taxi, 24 hours reception, light meals and soft drinks are available in the hotel lobby.

We asked for breakfast package for the last day as our flight started too early in the morning. It was a sandvich, an apple and some water. I think it would be better to complete a list with 3-4 different choices for the guests to choose at pre-ordering.

Everytime we visit Sofia we choose Rosslyn Central Park Hotel because the hotel is in great location close to many amenities, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and always clean,... as for the Staff, they are friendly and professionals!!!

Breakfast was ok, but can be improved. Everything was ok.

The location was perfect for a show at the National Palace of Culture. The room was very clean and quiet, very well stocked with toiletries, with tea and coffee making facilities. Loved that there was even honey to sweeten the tea! Very good high-speed WiFi. The breakfast was great, lots of choice, great coffee. Grocery stores, large and small, very close to the hotel.
