The overall place was nice. Room was quite small as was the bathroom but still comfortable. Breakfast was a bonus. I however think there may have been a mixup with breakfast we were given a little bag of snacks not our order at night and when we questioned in the morning were given another sheet. Communication was difficult so if we need to will pay for the breakfast. Housekeeper was your star employee so lovely and took care of us even though she didn’t speak any English. She made the visit 10/10.
Breakfast miscommunication however staff and staff in shop were lovely we feel we got 2 in error.

La ubicación muy buena y la habitación chica pero cómoda
Para acceder al segundo piso donde se encuentra el establecimiento se llega por ascensor y hay que pagarlo mediante una moneda lo cual genera dos inconvenientes, si no tenes monedas de esa denominación tenes que arrastrar las valijas por escaleras y segundo una vergüenza que te cobren estando dentro de la propiedad para llegar hasta el lugar donde están las habitaciones. Además el box de ducha es mínimo … imposible que una persona de más de 90 kilogramos pueda bañarse en ese lugar.

The customer service at Dimora Delle Arti is the best we have ever received! Our host went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and gave amazing recommendations on what to do and see while we stayed in Naples. The historic lift is brilliant. Our room was so spacious and beautiful and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is perfect! Staying in the heart of Naples and can easily walk to all the best attractions. I highly recommend staying at Dimora Delle Arti, we loved it!

Great location- easy walking distance
Ce to historic center. Lots of nice cafes, bars and restaurants near by. The hotel was clean , staff were really friendly and it was quiet.
I had a family room with my 3 teens. They found the sofa bed and pull out bed uncomfortable.

Got woken up by people struggling to open the door at about 2am which was annoying. My room was next to the reception and entry.
This isn’t about property, but I wish the guy on reception had told me about breakfast coupon to use at Leopold’s. He perhaps thought my friends had told me. Anyway, I got a coffee.

The location was amazing, we had no problem walking to different locations. The rooms were beautiful and very clean! The breakfast was excellent and was located in a wonderful little cafe just down the street. I would recommend to anyone

The room was very clean, spacious and modern. Breakfast was good too, located in a bar nearby (a few min walk). Close to the metro station and near many bars, restaurants and attractions.
The area where the hotel was situated was dirty and there was rubbish a bit everywhere and I didn't feel secure to walk around especially at night. There are better areas to be in Napoli.
