Walking distance to some restaurants but not safe wandering around at night

Over priced, not in a nice area Forgot to give me check in details, had to chase Oven has never seen a clean cloth in its life Apartment smelt funny the whole time No hand wash Shampoo & Shower gel empty Holes in the walls Wi-Fi didn't work Paint falling off Plugs covered in paint from touch ups

Lovely apartment - perfect for the 3 of us. Hosts were excellent.

Some disrepair....more than normal wear and tear.

Very modern secure building , apartment is very comfortable, spacious and modern . Would have no issues recommending this apartment to anyone

location good although wouldn´t want to be there at night alone. Some rough people hanging about. Flat was a good size and quiet at night.

Flat wasn´t clean on entry. Towels were marked (the owner replaced the towels and asked what the cleaner could clean better)I opted to clean myself! The hob was split badly in all directions and felt unsafe to use.The owner told me that he had no idea it was damaged!!I guess the cleaner didn´t see it either!!The owner offered to have someone replace it after the weekend but that never happened. On booking you are given a long list of items and a price list if you damage any, which made me very nervous as lots of things were damaged on entry .I spent ages sending the owner all the photos as I did not want to be charged. We stayed 10 days. No coffee machine or caffetiere. No sieve or can opener. the roasting tray and several pots and pans and crockery all with chips in, needed replacing. the extractor fan in the kitchen did not work so we kept setting off the smoke alarm even with all the windows open. the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work either.Several light bulbs needed replacing. Difficult to see in the bathroom. The shower fittings were hanging off the wall so difficult to have a shower without holding onto the shower head. The sofa was very dirty and uncomfortable.

I didn’t like that fact, that I was called up and was told I will be charged extra. when I checked out already. I checked out at 4am.

The location was good.

The first day I check in, there was no hot water as there was a problem with the boiler. The internet as well was not working. The ceiling of the house was not cleaned as there was a big spider web.

The property was well laid out in a good location.

The bathroom in Flat 6 is in desperate need of repair from water damage caused by a loose shower screen and leaking fittings on the shower heads. the fridge is badly dented. Fit a door stop!!
